The coin contained a spelling error. While we acknowledge that there was a degree of responsibility on both sides, a robust and effective quality control process should have identified and rectified this mistake prior to dispatch.

The compensation offered was, in our view, inadequate and appeared to present a financial benefit to the supplier rather than a genuine resolution. Attempts to engage in further correspondence to resolve the matter were unsuccessful.

Although the coins were initially delivered to an incorrect address, we rectified this ourselves, thereby preventing any additional cost to the company.

Regrettably, we will not be using this company again and would not recommend its services.
