I was a novice at first aid and apprehensive of what to expect. After the course which was run by Lucy Pace, who was very informative, engaging and very approachable, I am now a qualified first aider. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great engaging teacher
Great engaging teacher. Lucy had a wealth of knowledge that she went through slowly and clearly. I achieved my objective of being confident in a first aid emergency at work situation. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and fab service
The trainer provider was really friendly and welcoming. Very informative and in depth. Definitely worth the money.

Loved the couse
Loved the couse! Lucy is amazing, very entertaining (yeah, on a first aid course, can you imagine?) and lovely. It's not simple to put up with me, but she managed it so well! Going to save the world after the course now and can't wait for the refreshment course!

Paediatric first aid course
Really engaging, informative and important training. The content was thoroughly covered and has left me feeling vastly more confident in handling first aid situations which may arise in both the childcare workplace and everyday life. Highly recommend.
