Never live there!

I have lived here from may to august. Lovely roommates but that’s random of course. The gothic building is good. It’s a little less fancy than the main building but okay. I did specifically requested a room and good a written confirmation but when u arrived it was a different one. Luckily now I had the garden room. Did run into some problem while living such as :
- when I checked in I was told by the reception that if we wanted to check out earlier this would be no issue and money would be refunded, this is not possible so they don’t know what they are saying
- A weekend without WiFi with no warning.
- They gave a stranger a key to my room⁉️so he walked in while I was away and could have taken everything. I still had a contract for 1,5 month longer. Also send out random move out mails when I still had a month to go!
- Random people coming into the appartement without a warning and only speaking Spanish.
- Incident made in the app are not handled, they don’t care. We had a wild bat and seagull in the yard for multiple days and had to remove them ourselves.
- Housekeeping having lunch in our appartement and being very loud after telling them I work nights. And not cleaning, only coming in to use the microwave.
- Being texted and called multiple of having not paid after having paid a week before, so always ask for prove of payment cause they will try to scam you.
- they don’t refund the whole deposit, they take out cleaning fee and extra money with no explanation.
Would not recommend cause of the stress! Oh and they make you leave fake reviews!!!!!!telling people it’s to review housekeeping.

They fake reviews on Google by asking tennants to review the job of the cleaning ladies with QR-codes leading you to this review page, leading to a lot of fake 5 star-reviews.

They are trying to scam you by not paying back the deposit and not answering you, when you're trying to contact them through various channels.

After weeks of complaints, they refunded the deposit. However, they returned an insufficient amount of money and charged more for the cleaning service than what was agreed upon in the contract. Additionally, they added a VAT charge to the transaction, even though there is no VAT within the EU according to SEPA regulations.

A lot of tenants have the same problems, we even needed to organize a seperate group Chat with 75 people experiencing heavy issues with Liveit.

Also, besides the Ramblas building, all pictures of the appartements shown look way better than in real, they are way more worn down.

I unfortunately can't recommend Live it at all.

They do not fix any issues, they refuse to return a deposit and say its “delayed”, the staff do not help with any issues. I could go on as why not to come here, i have mold in the apartments that they paint over after every tenant, the cleaning ladies change sheets and do not clean the room.

BE CAREFUL most of their 5 star reviews on google are fake reviews for a maid cleaning service.

ColiveIt is terrible. They sneak in huge fees into your deposit, and then try to scam you by not returning it at all. They'll try to blame it on your bank but they make you to threaten them before they return it.

I know people who don't have theirs back 2-3 months after leaving. I will never use them again and tell everyone I know to never come here.

Even though I was lucky with nice roommates. The experience, service and all time scamming going on is not worth your money. They keep coming up with random reason to take money from you and there is no wiggle room and no help from anyone working here. Appliances where constantly breaking, and the cleaning lady’s only really change your sheets and that supposedly why they take 50 euros from your deposit after you leave…
I would not recommend this place.

ColiveIt scams foreigners. they will try to steal your deposit, this has been reported by many renters and something I went through personally. this is an awful organization. the positive reviews on google are definitely fake. everyone I've met hated ColiveIt.

the pictures of the places are completely deceptive. it's an ugly apartment complex. it's not coliving. I do a lot of coliving and this is hands down the worst one I've ever seen. no one interacts with anyone, there are no shared activities. it's an isolated apartment.

and they will try to steal your deposit. not only will they take out $150 of it and call it "cleaning and transfer fees" they will also just outright try to steal it. it took MONTHS for me to get it back and only after threatening legal action. I can't emphasize enough how awful coliveit is.

there is even a group chat organizing to notify regulators of them and to warn foreigners to stay away.

Does not refund the deposit.

It has been six weeks after the due date stated in the lease contract, and I still have not received my money.
I have corresponded with them for several weeks now. When you talk to them on the phone or by mail, no one takes responsibility, and they blame "technical problems" between them and Revolut. They do not make an effort to refund deposits in an alternative way.

No lo recomiendo por varios motivos:
- No limpiar la habitación casa semana, en mi caso y en los de mi piso a veces pasaban varias semanas sin que pasara la simpática chica de la limpieza a limpiar zonas comunes y habitaciones.
- Tardaron más de 5 meses en devolverme la fianza, pese a que me dijeron que todo estaba bien, pero que tenían un problema técnico con las transferencias del banco.

Hay muchas más alternativas de colivings en Madrid, por lo que recopile si cualquier otro

Vivir en live it Liceu de Barcelona ha sido una experiencia terrible, esta construido en un edificio viejo sin ascensor, el acueducto claramente tiene un problema ya que se tapa la ducha, y el lava platos, la atención al cliente es terrible, en mi apartamento todos nos fuimos porque la pasábamos muy mal con constante problemas técnicos de energía y agua. metían personas nuevas en el apartamento sin avisar y ya ni siquiera sabia quien vivía conmigo. Las integraciones que hacían sinceramente eran muy malas, aburridas y nadie iba. Finalmente ya han pasado 6 semanas y no recibo de vuelta mi deposito lo cual me preocupa muchísimo porque ya no me responden y no sé si me lo devolverán.

So far I am still waiting for my deposit refund after 2 weeks since the due date of it. Never staying there again.

Calling everywhere and nobody is in charge. Great experience.

DON’T book their room, ( has paint print on the wall like “Live it” ) they are unreasonably expensive, they don’t show or tell the price clearly until the last minute of transfer, and maliciously let us lose the chance to cancel. Whole business thinking and the process is a scam. NEVER use their service. They are against the law of consumer protection, I would like to sue them include Spotahome.

I saw they reply me but simply I don't recommend everyone to use SPOTAHOME and this company. That's all I want to say.
They already have a lot of problems with consumers like this but still saying "we are good""we are nice company" then also they ask me to delete this review. They just try to push down our opinions.

I have been here one week at the gran via 36 location and it’s ok. I have stayed in a few colivings and this one is def my least favorite, as it’s more of just an ordinary apartment. They’re going to try and make it a bit more homey and community oriented later on. Things to watch out for: 1. There is no oven 2. There is no A/C and they will not even include a fan even though there are few guests now and it is about (100 F) (50 C). 3. The bathroom showers are about the same size of dorm showers and constantly overflow onto the floor. 4. The toilets have low water pressure, so the other day I had to fill up water into a water bottle and fill the toilet with water to make it work. 5. There is no community living area so can be hard to meet housemates as each floor is locked and no break from no AC/fans.

There is one pro though and that is the Coworking. It is about a 20 min walk away and I go everyday. It is opened 24/7 you just need to ask front desk and get a code. There is a rooftop terrace as well!

I have heard from several people their Barcelona location is amazing, so I would recommend that.

Realmente un lugar precioso para vivir y conocer personas! Las personas que trabajan ahí siempre te ayudan en todo. Las áreas están impecables gracias a Tere y Carmen y tienes todos los utensilios que necesites en los departamentos.

Realmente un experiencial asombrosa !

He estado alojado en Madrid en la calle Gran via, para mi ha sido un alojamiento que ha cumplido con mis expectativas, esta todo digitalizado y puedes hacer todas las gestiones desde el movil, desde firmar el contrato hasta pagar las mensualidades, para mi muy cómodo. En cuanto a la limpieza y los compañeros no puedo decir nada malo ,la verdad, todo muy correcto.

La experiencia es genial y el gimnasio al aire libre Live it Gothic y Live it Ramblas en Barcelona es lo mejor

Durante toda mi instancia allí me he sentido súper cómoda. Limpieza e instalaciones impecables. Lo recomiendo notablemente
