Great product ive had 3 from them and another on its way cant fault this seller

Communication could be a little better and tracking system

Extremely bad poor communication item was out of stock wasn’t told I thought she wasn’t able to give the item as a present for a birthday. Very disappointing didn’t get any tracking details till it was too late. DPD tried to deliver three times or had no idea that they were coming was given a DPD tracking number drove 30 miles to get there and it was the wrong place eventually got the right tracking details but this has been nearly a month of trying to get this item would never use your company again.

Sword and sheath are both absolutely amazing. High quality, my only issue is that I’d asked for it to be sharpened and it wasn’t.

No info saying item had been sent, 1st notification of sending arrived after 1st failed delivery attempt.

2nd failed delivery attempt - after I had attempted to contact UPS, I had details on their app, but to make things better - they had wiped my info !

I Changed my work shift so as to be in (as the other 2 delivery attempted were AM), I was in until 1.30, so they chose to deliver later

When I initially received the item, there were quite a few things wrong with it. After discussing with Jason at their customer service, I have since received another and it is perfect. Thank you.

The pommel is cracked and was held together with masking tape. The blade is bent at quite a severe angle and is also seated in the handle at an angle.

The blade itself looks nice enough but the inlaid work on the handle is fairly shocking.

Would not recommend at all.

Quality item made with Quality materials. Shipping was no problem. Not very good at communication but the over all result was above average.

I’m very happy with the sword I received. Just like the photos. Item arrived well packaged. I emailed them with a question and they were quick to reply. I will be using them again!

Great piece. Solidly built. Love the engraving/print of the insignia and motto I chose on the blade. Bit disappointed that I paid for the blade to be sharpened, but found it still quite dull. Apart from that minor detail, very happy still.

Great product fast delivery will defo order again in future

Would not trust this vendor, order was placed on the 15th January delivery advised between 9 to 12 days. I noticed on the 20th January order was still only showing order placed. I emailed customer service and received a reply from a James purporting to be from their customer service advising item was already shipped but due to bad weather conditions (which there was none reported) it would be delayed by 1 to 2 days and he would request customer service would update the tracking and he would notify me when that request had been completed. This never happened and the item still remained logged as ordered on a link to shop but not dispatched. I emailed again on the 26th and 27th January but no reply. I notified my bank to seek a refund on the 30th Jan and received a reply again from James on the 31st apologising and that a refund would be issued but it wasn't at that point until I sent yet another email on the 3rd February. I have no confidence that is more than a one man operation that I don't believe is actually trading.
