I am writing about this company's online store. I purchased a Ralph Lauren handbag and it arrived in a damaged bag and torn tissue paper. The bag itself was defective and had torn sticking. The label on it said Made in Cambodia and the dust bag it came in said Made in China. These bags are seconds with a very high price. Ralph Lauren is a high quality global brand and it is shocking that its name and reputation is being squandered like this. These are not genuine designer bags. A designer bag comes in a box with its own dust bag. Be careful when dealing with this company. I was offered 2000 loyalty points as compensation but I have yet to receive it. Be warned ⚠️

Ordered a pair of trousers. Website seemed legit. Never dispatched or delivered. Had to contact my bank to open a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

1 return and receive a refund
2 keep and get 30% discount on another item
I opted for the refund as I couldn’t wear the sandles
Then received a second email offering option 2 with 40% discount
The next email has basically said as I hadn’t responded I would not receive any more emails
Not a good way to do business
ORDER PLACED ON THE 31st OF MARCH
placed an order on the 31st of March and still to date (11th of April) haven’t yet receive my order and I’m chasing via email and instagram for an update - no response whatsoever

They accepted my payment but didn t send my order. Not even an update, a confirmation. After 10 days full of calls and mails, they answer and tell me that they will cancel my order because they don t have that product and now i have to wait another 10 days yo gey my money back. 20 days i have my money blocked. Avoid them, they don't care about costumers.
