Placed an order via Instagram as prices seemed fair. Didn’t hear anything for a week so emailed and requested a refund. Initially they said it wasn’t possible, so a few days later I mentioned I paid by Amex and was going to refund through them. I then got a full refund. Tracking was never received or updated and their initial response to me was to refuse a refund. Sorted in the end, but I won’t ever be ordering from these guys again - waste of time.

Your item was dispatched while we were changing shipping providers, which we explained to you. Unfortunately, a small number of orders were affected and not delivered. We worked directly with each customer to resolve the issue, and every affected order has now been refunded or replaced.
We also sent a detailed email explaining what had happened and confirmed that, should the original goods still arrive, you could keep them at no charge.
It is disappointing that your review suggests no correspondence was received, as we replied to your emails and issued your refund as soon as the delivery issue was identified.
