Collector's Edge Avis 

First time customer - was a little nervous as it was my first order with them but Collectors Edge were fantastic! All items arrived well packaged and safely. All trading cards were as described and very happy with the results! Would order from them again!

I ordered a Destined Rivals Pokémon Center ETB and the condition is prefect!

My order was packaged brilliantly and the shipping was super fast. Very happy with my purchase.

Had an issue with an order I placed through the Shop app.
The order was cancelled a few minutes after it was placed on the app, and after being contacted by Collector's Edge, we established that this happened in error.
They were very quick at replying to emails and made sure to explain and apologise for what had happened.
Then, they above and beyond to try and rectify the mistake, even if it came at a cost to them as a business. They made sure I would receive the order the next day.
It's rare to see a business go to this extent to make sure that their customers are satisfied and I would like to commend how they handled the situation.

Had a slight problem with my ordered which is still being resolved but the customer service is brilliant, honestly I've never had such a quick response from a company will definitely be ordering from there again 🙂

Overall pretty good experience! They gave me a load of free storage which proved to be very useful and their pokemon card sleeves are a very good price. Products did arrive a few days late and I know it was not Royal Mail's fault but Collector's Eges' fault, other than that great!
