The “Doors of Durin” Environment
The “Doors of Durin” environment I purchased was something I felt a need to have after seeing a video showcasing it. My only reason for rating this at 4 stars, instead of 5, was due to damage my product received during shipping. One of the two trees suffered serious damage, which would have been 3 stars, but a customer service rep was very helpful in giving me a 50% refund which helped pay for repair work I did myself. Overall, this is the third purchase I’ve made on the website, and the only damaged product I received. However, the pricing and quality of products will always drive me back to buying something else, but will make me more hesitant in the future on buying things that can possibly suffer damage during the shipping process.
