I've had a consistently great experience purchasing and selling bullion through Pure. Their pricing is the most competitive in the market, and the wide selection makes finding exactly what I'm looking for simple and straightforward.

Every order arrives packaged securely and discreetly, with prompt tracking provided from start to finish. On the occasion I needed to reach out with a question, customer service was responsive, professional, and resolved everything right away. Trustworthy, efficient, and reliable—easily a five-star experience.

Collectpure is just one of online platforms founded by two individuals who wanted to become successful without working hard. The two founders have found a way to be rich by doing shortcuts. What a brilliant idea let’s sell other people’s stuff. The problem is, they’re dealing with third-party precious metals, specifically gold and silver bullion. Just like Amazon and eBay, this site has shit load of fakes. There is one gold bar minted by PAMP Suisse, called Lady Fortuna. The newer version has a proprietary anti-counterfeit technology called VERISCAN. Each gold bar has microscopic details that can only be scanned using an app. So this type of gold bar is impossible to counterfeit. But there is also an option to manually enter the certificate number on the app to see if a certain gold bar of the same type is genuine or fake. If it’s fake after the certificate number is entered you hit next, it will read “not a VERISCAN product.” If the certificate number exists, then the next test will be the scanning phase. On the Pure app, I saw two PAMP Suisse Lady Fortunas that are fake, and one of them is a 50 g bar. The founders are full of crap when they say that the products are tested and fully verified. Obviously, the two that I found where I inputted the certificate numbers were not tested. For
This particular type of gold bar, you don’t need an RF scanner or a Sigma as all you need is the app to scan the surface of the bar. Nonetheless, if you don’t have the bar in front of you, you can manually enter the certificate number. Obviously, the founders, and the people who work at Pure are not aware of this anti-counterfeit technology. And the two sellers who owned those two bars are stupid too, as they are not aware that people can manually enter the certificate number to find out whether or not it is real. I would stay away from this platform. Buyer beware!!!

When I first came across Collect Pure, I was a little leery. It operated a bit differently than the typical online bullion dealers, the website layout and fonts appeared a little “scammy,” and there weren’t many online reviews to reassure me that it was a legitimate company. But I figured I’d give it a shot, and I’m glad I did.

I’ve only used Collect Pure once so far, as a buyer, but I really like the concept. Their bullion brokerage model is pretty innovative and I like being able to set my own bid or ask price rather than just buying at whatever price a dealer is offering. Their customer service was also very responsive and helpful.

I’ve bought from many of the larger online bullion dealers, but now that I’ve actually completed a transaction with Collect Pure and confirmed that it’s a legitimate company, I’ll definitely be using them again.

If anyone is on the fence about trying them, I’d highly recommend giving them a shot, as my experience was completely positive.

The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to bundle multiple purchases together into one shipment. However, I understand that may not always be possible given the way they bring buyer and potentially multiple sellers together.

All that said, great company, innovate business model, fantastic customer service and fast shipping.

Great service. I've had over 25 successful gold sale transactions with no issues. Only minor complaint is the time frame of transactions tend to be a little longer than advertised.

Great way to sell silver! The site wasn't initially intuitive however the chat function made it easy to find the right place to sell my coins. The process was easy with step by step procedures and excellent communication throughout the transaction.

I'm relatively new to selling precious metals, but I'm glad I found Pure because they offer great liquidity which leads to competive bids and asks relative to spot pricing, their fees are low, and they are responsive to questions if you have them along the way. The packaging instructions were a little confusing at first, but now I feel like a pro. I feel like Pure offers me a level of security and transparency which is important when dealing with high value items.

I want to keep this company private and to myself, but the amount they offer compared to other companies such as Pinehurst, or the amount of fees they take compared to ebay, is just amazing and it wouldn't be fair for me to keep that from others who are accepting 10-30% less for their coins, silver, gold etc than they could be getting through CollectPure. My only gripe is their shipping instructions and shipping form names are quite confusing.

I made a purchase through the Pure marketplace recently. They were the only place that had the item i was looking for , at a reasonable price as well. After reading some reviews I decided to give collect pure a chance. I am glad I did. Overall it was a smooth process. I had a couple questions along the way and the communication was great. Every question was met with an answer extremely quick. I wasn't left wondering and hoping like I have been before with other sites. Thanks again for everything. I've sold almost two hundred thousand dollars worth of precious metals to Pure over the last four months and have been extremely happy with the experience. Their pricing is usually right at spot price or slightly above depending on the product, and even with their small fee they still pay more than all of my local gold dealers.

On top of that, they never pull the "oh we need to write you a postdated check" kind of shenanigans that local gold dealers do nor do they ever complain about having "too much of a certain bar".

The packaging instructions are dead simple and can all be done with free supplies from your local Fedex. From my experience, the turnaround time is typically seven to ten days from the time I mail my package to the day the money lands in my account.

The team is extremely responsive even on nights weekends and I have complete trust in them and look forward to selling even more precious metals to them in the future.
