From online or by phone
From ordering whether by phone or online to having my order delivered, the experience with this company has been spot on. Can't fault the customer service or the delivery guys who were very accommodating working round a parked car. Thank you so much

Good service overall
Quick delivery although they did deliver to my billing address instead of the shipping address, and I also wasn't given a delivery day or time so didn't know when it was going to turn up but other than that good quality timber and supplies, and much cheaper than other places I looked.

We will have a look at what went wrong with the branch and look to improve our process. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and rating. Have a great week 😊 #BuildWithColliers

Ordered a tonne bag of Scottish Cobbles on a Sunday afternoon, received an email from Adam @ Ipswich saying when they will be delivered and sure enough.. that’s exactly when they were delivered. I said to Adam ‘let the driver know to back down the lane’ as the stones were for my mother in-law and he did that and was super friendly. Great service all round A+++ and some!!
