Colm Quinn Bmw Drogheda I would highly recommend James Muckian. I have purchased afew cars now from the Drogheda branch. I recently bought a new i4 and James got us a beautiful mineral white for my wife. I wanted to trade my x5 for new model and spoke to James in matter of afew days he sourced the x5 I wanted. I picked it up this morning. I can't compliment James enough he is an amazing guy to deal with such a fantastic guy and went above and beyond and a pleasure to deal with. I sat with James for over half hour. I have never experienced this level of custmer care in a garage. He went through all the new features on the jeep and set up everything for me. If ur looking to buy a car I would highly recommend Bmw Drogheda and to go see James. All the staff are friendly and so easy to deal with as soon as u walk in until u leave. They have such a selection of cars on display.

I bought a great car. Part of the price included a full LR service. That was agreed and confirmed by email. Later while getting a light fixed, the dealership said the car needed a full service. It hadn’t been done as agreed. I’ve called, emailed and messaged. No return calls. They’ll take your money but don’t care after that. Very disappointed with after sales service.

Terrible customer service in Athlone. Their sales department is a bit better but if i could give less star i would give for the service. I had to deal with them 2 times. The first time they have ordered an extra 700EUR piece without asking us and was not necessary. When we asked the reason they just disappeared and did not want to gave back my car till we do not pay for the service. Which would be ok from our part if they would just gave the reason we asked for. Mike from their customer service treated us like if we would be like some "thief" (speaking disrespectfully in the saloon front of other customers) and we felt like it could be because we are not irish. Without not so much explanation we paid and we got back the car and the light were not working so we had to call back again. They wanted to tell that its not their fault and make us pay again (obviously right after the service the lights were not working...what a coincidence). After 8months i wanted to give one more chance. They have destroyed the material where they did the service. We signalized straight away. No answer. Second email sent...no answer. I do not think so we will receive any answer. Honestly i do not understand how the BMW can authorise to use their name as such a terrible dealership. I see i am not the only person experiencing the same problem with them. Shame for the management that they do nothing against. Please avoid, there is much more better service (and less overpriced) than BMW Athlone.

A little word of average for any one in westmeath if ur thinking of buying a car stay well a way from colm Quinn bmw in athlone I got a new car 4 months ago and it broke down 4 weeks after buying it 3 months later I still no car back there robbers and there staff are trained to scam u out of ur money stay well a way from them

No communication received from Colm Quinn athlone and after I had to call several times looking for an update they cancelled my calls! Disgraceful! I had to call them of a different number to actually get an update on my car! Avoid like the plague!

Having recently found an issue with my BMW, I contacted Colm Quinn Drogheda Service Department (Gavin) and immedately Gavin was able to find me a slot, organised the difficult repair and kept me informed throughout as to the progress on the repair. Excellent service both from the service team and staff at the showrooms. Will definitely be going back for my regular servicing at the Garage.

I just bought a new , used x3 2017.
I was looking for one for a while and the customer service was fantastic and i am very happy with my new car , i live in cork and it was delivered to my door I dealt with sales consultant , Kevin Hanrahan and he was very professional and answered all my queries. Would highly recommend.

When the car you buy from Colm Quinn Autostore is faulty, and boy was our red 161 Evoque faulty, then you are in for a rollercoaster ride of frustration, anger, broken promises and communication blackouts.
We bought the Evoque in February 2022 and in the 9 months we had it, it spent more time in the garage than it did on the road. We did get a replacement car at times, but because our car was in the garage over 30 days in the calendar year of our policy, our insurance company charged us for each further temporary change to our policy. The offer of repair, replace or refund was also not what we expected. Repair didn’t work, as very shortly after the 5 times our car went in for repair, within a short period of time the engine management light would come on. Again.
Replacement, according to Colm Quinn would mean US firstly taking a €3600 hit on what we bought the Evoque for and then us putting an extra cash amount down, depending on the car we chose, all in order to purchase a replacement car from his own Colm Quinn Autostore or BMW franchise. Win win for Colm Quinn!
Refund, according to Colm Quinn, meant not what we paid for the car but a haggled price which in the end saw us take a €4100 hit. The €4100 hit is very sore on our pockets, but we finally gave in as further dealings with Colm Quinn motors wasn’t worth the stress and anxiety the whole dirty business was causing. So the saying BUYER BEWARE totally applies to buying from Colm Quinn Autostore Athlone. It will be a very distressing experience indeed when it all goes wrong, both financially and mentally.

Cannot fault this dealership and they have always gone above and beyond to help.
Highly recommend especially any dealings with Mike who was so helpful.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Walsh in Colm Quinn Drogheda. Peter could not have been more helpful in terms of communication and all of the work he did in helping me find a trade-in price for my old car and with the purchase of my BMW 1 series. He made the entire experience so straight forward and always put in that extra effort to keep in touch and update me throughout the process. The customer service I received from Peter really was top class and I’m delighted with my purchase. I would confidently, and highly, recommend getting in touch with Peter if looking to purchase from Colm Quinn, Drogheda.

Picked up a new mini just over a month ago from Colm Quinn Athlone, seem less process one call to which I ended up talking to Robert a video arrived shortly after and two days later we pick the car up having done the deal over the phone with me sending some pictures of my trade in.
Highly recommend this dealer especially if you get to deal with Robert.

This is my second BMW I bought from Colm Quinn Athlone. I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the lovely staff. They are so professional and friendly to deal with. Also punctual with making service appointments. Robert McGrath who I bought both my cars from was so professional and helpful in every way. He Sent me videos of cars to help with my choice that weren't on display the day I was there. Super experience with Robert he couldn't do enough for us.

I placed an Order for a new bmw ,in colm quinns athlone,early in the year to collect in september,i was told this was ok and the car was placed on order.i contacted bmw a few times since ordering the car to see if it was still going to be ready for september,and was told yes it still should be ok.july came and i was told i wasnt going to get the car i ordered,bmw have cancelled lots of orders due to lack of parts.i understand that this is a widespread issue with many car makers,but at least the other dealers i tried first were honest from the start and told me they wouldnt have a new car for me on time.i was offered a cancellation.same model car which was almost 3k more expensive,and decided to accept this,because they wouldnt have any more coming this year.andrea told me it had auto high beam lights when i asked,which it does have,but she didnt tell me, it would cost me another €250 to activate this on my car.i spoke with her since and said i was told the car had auto high beam.her answer was "we will have to agree to disagree"very poor customer service after spending so much on the car initially,our first time to buy bmw,,wont be back to colm quinns athlone.

An absolutely disgusting, incompetent and ignorant service to the customer, don’t listen to what the problem is, don’t ring you back on countless days, false excuses about wrong parts, different people telling us different things, steer clear

Worst Customer service in CQ branch in Galway, terrible comunication.
Allan in Galway branch is a joke not a salesman. Would not recommend to anybody.
