I have been looking at cork for our bathroom re-fit for a while. This website is easy to use. It made calculating exactly what we needed straightforward. I was happy with the cost. Delivery was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend.

On the plus side product is fine, as described and easy to order online. But confirmation email says delivery company would be in contact but never heard anything from them, it was left on my doorstep one day in full view and could easily have been stolen I don’t even know who they were.

We had to add to our original order.we emailed Sunday and order confirmed and and we were able to collect first thing Monday morning.very professional.Big thanks to Kelly who went above and beyond and to Gemma.

Thank you; the samples arrived safely. Now I need to decide which colour I want.

We ordered the rubber flooring. It arrived on time and feels like a well-made product.

Unfortunately their installer was overtly racist while he was round, and left us with a poor finish after a disagreement with his bigoted views.

We asked him back to fix the original job, but he did next to nothing on his return.
We'll have to have the job redone at our expense.

Product seems good, their installers not so much.

Samples delayed but good follow up

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with for some time. You can actually speak to a person, who is very helpful and proactive. They noticed an error in my order and checked it. Amazing! The person delivering the flooring was very helpful too. Such a contrast with big anonymous organisations.

Sadly I paid for but didn't receive the larger sample I ordered, and was a shame not to have any delivery updates between order and receiving so I had no sense of timing...sample itself was good.

I have fitted the Corka glue down planks throughout my property over 70 square metres and I and delighted with it . It did take time and patience definitely paid off in the preparation of the underfloor and planning and lining up where to start the herringbone pattern and to keep it on track !
It is a practical, unique and warming flooring that everyone admires.

Not ordered yet..... but it's looking likely as the rubber and the vinyl is like nothing from the shops.

Lovely flooring. Smooth delivery

The Colour Flooring Company sent us the wrong order an error which ended up costing us additional builders fees. They took no accountability for this. I tried to call customer service to rectify the problem, they were rude and unprofessional. They simply cited their T&C's saying it not their problem. A simple error on their part which could have easily been rectified by customer service but instead was made worse. Issue still not resolved but I was told our "case is closed." I do not not recommend using this company.

Instructions on the back of their own adhesive were different to the recommended installation instructions on their website, for which there was no directive to consult.

Vinyl floor looks terrible.

The Colour Flooring Company refused to acknowledge the contradictory information and then began ignoring my attempts to reach out to customer services.

Complaint still unsolved leaving myself being expected to pay for a whole new floor.

Would not recommend.

TCFC made it easy and convenient for us to make sure we got just the right rugs to meet our needs, and the rugs were good value too, nicely made. They look and feel like a quality product.
