Greetings and welcome to Combat Connect! We are a faith-based, inclusive, non-profit, charitable organization that was founded not long ago in December of 2020. We provide services to current and veteran United States military, first responders, emergency services, and similar frontline fields, along with their immediate family - these we call OUR NATION'S HEROES. Our mission is to educate, equip, and coach our nation's heroes with the tools needed to achieve peace and prosperity. To do so, we utilize a holistic approach that addresses most of the stressors of one's life: mental, physical, and spiritual health, finances, and career development and progression. Additionally, we connect our clients with services from other organizations outside of Combat Connect that have similar values and ethics. We were founded on the premise of filling in the gaps in the services that are provided to our clients from government agencies and the non-profit and for-profit corporate sectors. One of the challenges for our heroes in time of need and stress is finding the right resources for them. We are not here to compete with existing organizations and welcome alliances with anyone who shares our values. Our team is made up of over 60 motivated and dedicated professionals who are scattered throughout the United States who have either served federally or locally in the military, law enforcement, or similar frontline fields. All of our Coaches are licensed and/or educated along with being well-seasoned to provide a high quality and professional experience for our clients so that they can proudly accomplish their next achievement. Ultimately, our purpose is CONNECTING HEROES WITH OPPORTUNITIES!

I was completely blown away by my experience with Combat Connect and the amount of time they dedicated to making sure no stone was left unturned in understanding my needs and helping me create a path forward for my personal and professional goals. From the very start of my intake interview, the team made me feel like a real person with a real story—not a case file or a checklist. They were incredibly thorough, but in the most human and genuine way possible.
What truly set this experience apart was the immense empathy and compassion I felt throughout the conversation. Within minutes, I not only found the resources I needed, but I also felt like I had found a community. They asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and created a space where I felt comfortable opening up. Nothing was rushed or transactional—it felt like talking to people who genuinely cared and understood the weight of what I was sharing.
Their attention to detail and the supportive environment they provided left me honestly a bit speechless. I walked away feeling lighter, heard, supported, and incredibly grateful.
Combat Connect isn’t just offering a service, they’re showing up for people when it matters most, free of charge, with no strings attached. Just real people with big hearts, committed to improving the quality of life for service members, first responders, and their families, addressing an entire spectrum of challenges that often go unseen.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Rude and disrespectful!!!
If you're truly looking for help I DO NOT recommend reaching out to this company! I was contacted by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer who was not only not helpful, but extremely rude! He saw a single, Hispanic, mother and insinuated I was looking for a handout when I asked for clarification on what services were offered. You know our country is in a horrible place when the resources that advertise to help others, instantly judge and disrespect you. It's absolutely disgusting.

We apologize that your interaction with our team left you feeling disrespected. After reviewing the full exchange, we can say with certainty that no one at Combat Connect made any reference to your race, ethnicity, or family status, nor did anyone suggest that you were “a single Hispanic mother looking for a handout.” That statement is simply not true.
Additionally, Combat Connect does not collect or request demographic information such as race or ethnicity in our application or intake process. We have no identifying information that would even allow us to know your background, which further confirms that no such bias or intent existed.
What occurred was a matter of tone, not intent. The team member you spoke with, a veteran who continues to serve others through his work here, was trying to clarify our process and direct you to the right resources. His communication style came across more bluntly than intended, and we have addressed that internally to ensure our compassion is as clear as our purpose.
The phrase “a hand up, not a hand out” reflects a long-standing principle within Combat Connect: empowerment through support and connection, never judgment. It was never directed at your personal circumstances.
Combat Connect is made up of veterans, first responders, clinicians, advocates, and volunteers from many races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. We stand firmly against discrimination in every form. Our mission is and always will be to serve veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families with respect, integrity, and heart.
We would also like to extend a sincere offer to reconnect and review your needs, verify eligibility, and ensure you are connected with any resources or support that could be helpful. Our team remains committed to assisting those we serve with both professionalism and genuine care.
