CHARGED ME $60 TO RETURN $160 BOOTS

I paid $160 for some boots on their website and they were more narrow than I thought they would be and I had to return them it cost $63 total just to return the boots $40 to ship them back and another $23 in “restocking fees” it’s a total scam they know every shoe brand fits a little different and people are gonna end up accidentally getting shoes that don’t fit and they 100% take advantage of you for it I will never use them again and I’m going to tell anyone ordering new boots to never use their website I ended up ordering on amazon and having a way better experience

I had called a few other companies but…

I had called a few other companies but no one I spoke with could speak knowledgeably about the various boots I was looking at. Here, I was given multiple choices and tons of explanations; he was so knowledgeable that I let him choose my wife’s military boots! I will never shop elsewhere.

Great Support for Service Members and Their Families

I initially purchased the wrong boots for my daughter who is in basic training, and the team at Combatfootwear.com went above and beyond to help me get exactly what she needed. They took the time to make sure the boots met the correct military specifications and guided me to the right pair. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the people who serve. Not to mention, the boots arrived the same week I ordered them. Thank you so much!

Combatfootwear's product range is broadly comprehensive and their customer service would be six star if there were such a thing.

Combatfootwear's product range is broadly inclusive. Their customer service staff is knowledgeable, and patient, and persistent in finding workarounds for complex orders which require special attention. Lots of people sell boots, but many of them just want to take your card and ship their goods. Combatfootwear really earns your business by helping you find what you really need.

Poor client service

Bad client service, u cant cancel a order, they dont tell u that u will pay taxe, bad insensitive on the policy.
All problems at your charges, u should not buy from that shop !

My reply : 1. i email the sam day, liar..
2. Your goodwill? that i force them to do by insiting in a long exchange of email 🤣
3.policies that no one read, a good shop advice and make pay the supplement fees lf shiping before not making it discover to the client after.
4. Talking bad to your staff and treat ? I didnt used any insulting or treat, just insisting to get refunded ..
5. Asking for refund or to apply the 10% discount of new member = fraudulent behavior ? 🤣
By the way they email me to say that they cancel the reduction because iam a little boy that go cry on trustpilot 🤣

We have clear policies in place designed to protect both our customers and our business. In this case, the customer initially requested to cancel their order more than 24 hours after placing it, upon discovering a promotional code. Despite the timing, we honored the discount as a gesture of goodwill.

Unfortunately, subsequent interactions included inappropriate language and repeated threats directed at our customer service team, despite multiple warnings. The customer also threatened to initiate a fraudulent chargeback and later refused to pay the required customs and import fees, continuing to make demands through threats.

We strive to support our customers respectfully and fairly, and we remain committed to upholding our policies while ensuring a safe environment for our team.

They will not respond to request for…

They will not respond to request for returns. Boots were wrong size. Ordered man's size, they delivered in women's size. I had them delivered during bootcamp. No way to get them before bootcamp was over and now they won't answer or give me return authorization info.

Boots broke during break-in

I ordered a pair of boots about a month ago. During the break-in process some of the stitching started to unravel. These are pretty good quality boots, but it seems like something went wrong with this one pair. I took some pictures and described the problem and Combatfootwear.com was willing to work with me to solve the problem. Communication was timely, painless, and everything worked out fairly quickly. I would buy from them again.

Really bad response

Really bad response, it has "shipping rules" that are not clearly stated on the site and are misleading.
They refuse to refund the change for their mistakes since 05.11.2024. (a month ago).
It was a bad experience, wouldn't recommend it.
