- We're fixing what broke, and we're not hiding from it
- Earlier this year, a software migration caused real shipping delays and dropped customer service emails. We know that hurt trust with customers who've supported us for years. We've corrected both systems, and we're working through every open order and complaint. If you're still waiting on something, email customerservice@combatironapparel.com with your order number. We read every message ourselves now.
Our satisfaction guarantee
30-day returns, no questions asked
Every order is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date. Orders over $99 ship free. We're working through a shipping backlog from earlier this year and have corrected the system issues that caused it, if your order is delayed, email customerservice@combatironapparel.com with your order number and we'll prioritize it.

Great gear and customer service that goes above and beyond
Combat Iron Apparel is one of my favorite stores. I love their gear, clothing, and messaging, but their customer service is what really stands out.
One of my orders was marked as delivered, but I never received it. It appeared to have been delivered to the wrong location or mishandled by the shipping carrier. Although the delivery issue wasn’t their fault, their team looked into it and placed a replacement order for me.
The replacement took over a month to arrive during their warehouse transition, but whenever I emailed, they were friendly, responsive, and willing to help. They offered multiple options, including a full refund. I chose to wait because I really wanted the gear, and it eventually arrived.
Since their new warehouse has been up and running, everything has been like clockwork. They took care of me throughout the entire situation and gave me every reason to keep supporting them. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with.

Best gym Attire hands down
Combat Iron Apparel is hands down the best gym clothing I’ve ever owned. The quality is unmatched from the fit to the durability, every piece feels like it’s made to handle the toughest workouts. I constantly get compliments whenever I wear their gear, and the witty sayings on some of the shirts always get a laugh or a nod of approval from fellow gym goers. Not only do they look amazing, but they also give me the confidence and motivation to push harder in the gym. If you want gym clothes that stand out, perform well, and make you feel great, Combat Iron Apparel is the way to go!

Great quality and meaningful designs!
I ordered two shirts from Combat Iron Apparel and I’m really happy with my purchase. The quality feels great, the fit is comfortable, and the designs look even better in person. I also really like the message and meaning behind their apparel — it’s more than just gym clothing. Definitely a brand I’ll be buying from again. Highly recommend!
