Camo shorts drawstring grommets ripped the first time I tried them on. They use A.I. for customer service and it kept telling me to file a fraudulent damaged in shipping claim. Finally it told me to upload a screenshot of the options and it would be reviewed by a human. A week later and nothing. Also they say their shorts are "made BY veterans" on the tag but they are made in china.

Terrible customer service and the T-shirts are super thin

A little disappointed with the material of the caps. I thought they were like trucker caps that have stiff netting and frontal display. These were flimsy and without the cardboard on the frontal portion it wrinkles down.

Disappointing product and even more disappointing exchange experience.

I bought these specifically because I needed supportive underwear, but the fit did not work for me at all. The legs are longer than I expected, and when I pulled them down to eliminate the bunching, there was roughly a 1-inch gap between the bottom of the underwear and where my legs actually meet. That left the bottom area hanging too low and providing very little support unless I physically pulled it upward.

The most frustrating part, however, was the exchange process. I paid the $2.50 fee for the “free returns/exchanges” option, then tried to exchange the underwear because the fit was wrong. The exchange was denied. So I paid extra for a service I ultimately could not use.

I understand that underwear has return restrictions, but if an exchange is going to be denied, charging customers a fee specifically for the ability to make an exchange is extremely frustrating.

For me, the product didn’t provide the support advertised, the fit was poor, and the exchange experience made the purchase even worse. I would not buy these again and likely will not be looking here for further items.
