Orders don't take forever to come only waited 5 days . The shirts are so easy to wash, I have 5shirts they fit well. The sizing is perfect don't need to go up any size.

My delivery did not arrive, I chased it after receiving the email to review the product. I enquired as to where my order was, straight to offer of refund no explanation. I stated that I wanted the order, was then told delivery was refused? I work in a GP practice open Mon-Fri 7:30 - 18:30 with a manned reception. I stated I wanted the order was told it would take 7-60 days before the parcel arrives back at the warehouse. Still no information of when we allegedly refused delivery, asked to speak to a supervisor, probably won't get. Terrible customer service!

Please be aware this company is based in China and customer is required to sent any returns to China at their own expense. Also you are required to provide a tracking number and any refunds will not be processed until the items have been recieved and inspected.
Customer service ignoring my question for a UK based address as items dispatched from a UK warehouse.

I purchased a number of scrubs in a couple of sizes I purchased StyleFlex essential scrub pants/StyleFlex 6-pocket essential scrub pants/softTouch Essential scrub top and ElegCare essential scrub top all in black.
The smaller pants fitted my waist and both designs were very big and baggy on the legs and bottom, definitely not a look for a professional to work in. There was no need for a sales pitch of stretchy fabric as they were so cut out of proportion the material didn't touch me.
I'm very disappointed that the scrubs in the sales information and reviews on social media did not reflect what the scrubs look like on a person wearing 2XL. Beware as returns can be expensive.

Bought it during big sale. Very good quality. Jut not familiar with top pocket angle.

Arrived in good time. Good fit and comfortable- bought my uniform from the approx 18 months ago and still going strong - bought the jogging bottoms this time and they are a good fit. Definitely recommend.

Really pleased with my scrubs.
I am 5ft 9, size 10 (ish) & in the past I have found it a struggle to find a trousers with good leg length & also an elasticated waist that doesn't dig in.
Not any more these are perfect!
I ordered size Medium in both top & bottom.
Postage did take a couple of weeks but it is worth it.
I am definitely going to order more now I know they are a great fit.

Does anyone know the return address ?
I have emailed 4 times and still no response , it's so frustrating! The address on my parcel is a warehouse in London England but afraid to return there as it's just listed as a warehouse . Any help or advice welcome . Tia

Having purchased from this company before and receiving great quality scrubs, I placed a new order on
23/12/25…..that’s where the problem began……absolutely no shipping updates, no order received and no response to emails sent to support @ comenii Absolutely avoid this company, something has changed and not for the better

Quality very good. Comfortable to wear. This is my 3rd time ordering scrub. Love them.

Good delivery, excellent prices and really nice quality. I was very sceptical about the company, I usually buy from UK based companies. This company has surprised me. The quality and feel of the scrubs is very good, they’re light weight and easy to wash, a great improvement on previous purchases.

Overall, i am disappointed with the quality. I bought two uniforms before and so far i liked it, but new ones i’ve got is with awful fit. Like it was just made and price drop for disposal.

I love the material and the fit. This is my second comenii purchase and it definitely won't be my last.
