I’ve purchased several different styles…

I’ve purchased several different styles from comfelie, many at sale prices, over the last several months. They are comfortable & wash well. On some bras the sizing isn’t accurate. I always received my orders promptly. I will keep purchasing from comfelie.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I originally purchased two different bras, which one was extremely tight and I had reached out requesting a refund, which they offered to send me a different style bra. I received the replacement however it was not the color I had ordered, and I wasn’t a fan of the style either. The company apologized then again sent out a different style bra in replacement for me.

COMFELIE? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I received my first order from Comfelie today—only because I was unable to cancel it due to the complete lack of customer service. Although the company claims to offer 24/7 support, that is simply not the case. I emailed them over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. This does not include the multiple “live chat” messages I’ve sent, none of which were answered. I've had Live Chat open for over 3 hours today. Calling the support number leads only to an answering machine.

I ordered three bras in the same size (large), yet each one fits differently. While the material is soft and the quality is acceptable, it’s clear they will stretch out quickly. The products are also manufactured and shipped from China, so this is not a U.S. company.

Save your money. In my experience, this company appears to rely solely on marketing hype and influencer promotions. The products are overpriced and obviously will not live up to their claims.

Now the challenge of making a return since no one responds and a return must be approved before you can send it back. Per others, it's taken them weeks or months for a response and refund.

As you can see, Comfelie responded to my post. However, their statement raises an important question:

How am I supposed to reply “directly” when no one responds through any of their listed contact methods on their website?

Their comment reads:
“Please reply directly with your preference, and we will take care of it for you as an urgent priority. You won’t need to wait weeks — we’ll ensure this is handled promptly.”

The problem is that their live chat is unresponsive, customer support emails go unanswered, and the phone number provided on their website only leads to a canned message. There is no functional way to communicate with them directly, which makes their request impossible to follow.

Shortly after getting this Trustpilot response, I received 2 email messages about their return policies.

"Dear customer,
We hope your day is going well.
Here is our policy: They provided the link to their policies on the Comfelie website.
You can have a check.
NOTE: for bra orders, it's okay for the package to be opened as long as the tag is still attached and intact.
If you agree to our conditions, kindly send us a photo of the package/item you wish to return. Once the photo is received, we'll send you the return address.
We look forward to receiving your response and please let us know your thoughts. We'll be here to assist you. 颜燕 柯"

Are you serious? Send them a photo of the product? They know what they sent me. This puts them in the rankings of "this is what I ordered, this is what I got" with Temu, Shein and other overseas vendors.

Wouldn't you think if they were so concerned about the overall customer experience, they would provide direct contact information for their assistance in this matter? THE SAGA CONTINUES.

UPDATE: 12/16/25
Just received an International Debit Transfer Fee from my bank on this purchase as well due to the fact they are located in China. However, Comfelie did refund my money with this exception. Definitely will not purchase from them again.

Under Breast Band Rolls Up

The bras are overpriced. Difficult to get a good size fit with the size guide they want. The band under the breast does roll up. Lift and support is minimal.

Great Customer Service and comfortable bras.

Sizing...the bane of my bra life. I have 6 bras from different companies, all have failed the 8 hour comfort test.

Even though I measured the way Comfelie suggested, the first bra was too tight around the back. They allowed me to pick a new bra - I choose a more expensive one and paid the difference + shipping. The new bra fit correctly, I have since bought two more styles.

Great customer service, a comfortable bra, extenders included...I love this company!

The bras are very comfortable

The bras are very comfortable. They are all in size Large. I ordered my same size on the minimizer bra but the large was extremely tight and small all over. I contacted them and they sent me out a replacement bra in an XL right away. I’m very happy with the xlsize as it fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I’m going to order the NEW minimizer bra they just launched and I’m debating which size to order now! This is a great company with great products and a wonderful customer service department. Thank you.

Ordered small 34b

Ordered small 34b, not the best at all.not comfortable.
The look of the scolloped edge very disappointing .
Found same on SHEIN exceptional for price better with no clasp fittings, and really comfy.removable pads also.

I'm so glad I discovered Comfelie. I can't stand how uncomfortable traditional bras are, and all the "lounge" or "bralette" styles I've purchased have had zero support and leave me sagging majorly by end of day. I've now purchased four different styles from Comfelie and every single one is exceptional. Beyond that, shipping was super fast and products arrived in excellent condition. Pricing is fair for the quality of the product.

Great Bras!

Great, durable bras. They used to carry more of a variety of bigger sizes, but not as many anymore. However I really like the ones I have. They were great with returns as well. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were easy to communicate with and handled my issue quickly. I will definitely shop them again when they get more of the bigger sizes!

Only bra I wear!

I really like the product.
I have tons of other bras in my closet,
But I wear my Comfelie bras every day.
They are full coverage, but not thick in cup, side coverage is comfortable, not tight around band. The size was exactly as reported.

Poor return experience

My experience with trying to return a bra was a nightmare. Series of delayed emails over 3 weeks. First they said we’re sorry, how can we make it better? Must return in 30 days . I asked for address to return to, then they asked me why I wanted to return , then they made me do a review on line , then if I just pay $8 more for postage they’ll send me a different style, and not have me return the bra, then I need to take a picture and if the tag is still showing attached they’ll give me return info, but I was responsible for the return postage and blah blah … all with Chinese lettering at bottom of emails. I was never able to get a return address from them. It’s a scam. Don’t buy !!!

The bra is comfortable

The bra is comfortable, but within a few days (prior to washing it) some greenish spots appeared on both cups. Returning it would be a hassle, so I’m going to keep, but I can’t recommend it to any of my friends.

Comfort, support and reasonable prices!

Have been phasing out underwire bras for some time. Thought I had found a suitable brand that I could buy at a big box store, but just not happy. Ran into a Comfiele ad on fb and checked them out on their website. Ordered one and then another, as I was in love with the comfort, price, and quick shipping. Happy camper here and am passing the word to my friends looking for comfort and support.

I ordered my first bra after searching…

I ordered my first bra after searching the internet extensively for full support bras without wires and found Comfelie was suggested. I bought one and the moment I put it on I loved it. A little more than I usually spend but worth it. I went back and bought three more, one the same and two different ones. Although the first style was the best the other two are still comfortable just not as much support.
