i spoke with Ryan yesterday as my renewal is due next month. i particularly wanted to reduce the premium. Ryan listened to my aim and, although not advising, was patient while i considered the options. in the end the premium was considerably less than the previous year. i learned why the premium is higher than other motor home owners which gives me the opportunity and address that in due course as personal circumstances change

Call back system worked fine and Elaine was great in sorting out my renewal and change of reg number quickly and efficiently. Always use Comfort for MH, always cheapest and never had an issue.

I called to progress a quote I had started online. The call experience was excellent, I did have to wait a short time, but I was given the option keep my place in the queue and to get called back, which happened after a minute or two. Excellent, why don’t more customer service lines do this? On the call the agent, Grace, was efficient, thorough and friendly and my business was concluded smoothly and to my satisfaction. I hope I don’t need to call them again, but feel confident the service would be friendly, efficient and courteous.

I have decided to insure my VW Campervan with Comfort for several reasons. Initially it was because of the quote that I was given, which was very competitive and very acceptable in comparison to other exorbitant quotes that actually made me nearly cancel my order for the VW Campervan. And then it was because of the very helpful lady that dealt with me and my ignorance. She was very patient and to be recommended. I have already told two of my friends with campers that they should go to Comfort, and one has. Unfortunately the other friend had already re-insured with her present insurer at 3 times the price that I have paid. Many thanks.

Lisa was very helpful. She explained everything about the Motorhome insurance and answered all our enquiries. The quote given was very good and we were was so pleased that I had contacted comfort insurance as it saved us quite a lot of money from our last insurance group. They also were able to offer breakdown cover again at a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use them again.

mind you l have not had an accident so i cant give an opinion on that ..

Been insured with Comfort now for a couple of years. Luckily never needed to claim but always straightforward to make amendments etc and the lady’s are always happy to help. Elaine sorted this recent update of where we store our motorhome easily and not took a few minutes.

When 5 star insurance reduces in price I don't bother to look around, when the savings are passed on I renew.

Just renewed my comfort insurance today with Donna, service was excellent, she explained everything very well and our insurance was cheaper than last year.
