I have recently had a medical scan performed in the 'comfort'of my own home by Dr Shazia who is a very kind and gentle human being .
The scan was very professional and extremely thorough and the equipment pristine.
Results were immediate and a report for my GP done within 24hours

Superb service with Comfortscan, great communication and support from the very start from initial contact & booking process and to conclusion of the visit . Shazia was very kind, caring to us, and our elderly housebound mother during the visit and provided clear, professional explanations each step of the way explaining scan imagery and details.

Shazia provided a top class essential ultrasound services for us and went above and beyond during our visit in the service she provided . We would highly recommend the comfortscan team for the client service they provide.

Amazing service. Starting from appointment availability through to home visit with a professional approach. Dr Shazia is very kind and understanding. She took her time to explain everything and kept making sure I was comfortable and calm. The assessment and images/videos were emailed very quickly as well. Dr Shazia is a very good person at heart as well as being an extraordinary sonographer/doctor. Dr Shazia tries to her best ability and beyond to help you achieve your goal and explaining your symptoms/findings. I truly believe she is worth recommending to anyone who wants to put their mind at peace.

Dr Shazia Shahid was absolutely lovely ,she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She showed me the images and explained everything as she went along. I booked in for my lymph nodes scan as i didn't want to wait on the NHS but actually there was another problem I was totally unaware of and thankfully this was picked up and all my scan results were sent through to my GP within 48hrs. I can't thank her enough and will definitely be using her services again. I can highly recommend Dr Shazia Shahid and her services.

I had an ultrasound scan at home with Dr Shazia and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She was very warm, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly, gave helpful advice, and answered my questions patiently. I really appreciated how reassuring and knowledgeable she was. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional scan experience.

Dr. Shazia is extremely competent and professional in her approach. She is incredibly thorough but also so kind, caring and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain everything and made the patient feel relaxed and reassured.

What an excellent experience. I am housebound and suffer with severe anxiety, so was very nervous arranging this. From the moment I picked up the phone to check with Dr Shahid that the appointment I was booking was convenient, bearing in mind the distance from Milton Keynes up to Yorkshire, I was treated with respect, Dr Shahid said she would ring me back to confirm within a couple of minutes and she did. For someone who currently cannot attend such an appointment at a hospital, Comfort Scan is providing an invaluable service.

Dr Shahid, and chaperone, arrived on time and professionally set up their equipment, all the while reassuring me and explaining what would happen. I had booked an upper abdominal scan, and I was given a very comprehensive examination. There was no rush and images were thoroughly explained. Dr Shahid was calm, kind, empathetic, extremely competent and demonstrated excellent knowledge and expertise. I feel she understood my anxiety issues and did all she could to settle my nerves.

Within twenty-four hours I had received a comprehensive report, together with multiple images and video clips.

It was a refreshing change to interact with a medical professional who was caring, had time for me, listened, and treated me like one of her family. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.

I cannot recommend Shazia Shahid highly enough. Having been through a complex and emotionally challenging fertility treatment cycle, I needed a same-day home visit scan at very short notice. Shazia and the Comfort Scan team were exceptional from start to finish.

I have had many scans over the years as part of my fertility journey, and this was without doubt the best experience I have ever had. Shazia was thorough, methodical and incredibly skilled — she identified findings that had not been picked up in previous clinical scans, which finally explained symptoms I had been experiencing for years.

But beyond her clinical expertise, what truly set Shazia apart was her warmth, kindness and ability to provide genuine reassurance during what was an anxious/uncertain time. She took the time to explain every finding clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire examination.

I chose comfort scan as they offered a home service and I can certainly say that I was very pleased with the service. Dr Shazia was very professional in her approach, during the scan she explained everything in much depth and really put my mind at ease. I had been for a similar scan with the NHS and was in and out of the scan room in about five minutes, Dr Shazia however really took her time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked and some findings were made and explained. I received a very detailed report within 24 hours which I will be able to present to my consultant. I have already recommended Dr Shazia to my family/friends. If you’re on a waiting list with the NHS and stuck with no answers I would fully recommend this service you will not be disappointed.

She knows what she’s doing and does a very thorough check. In my case, she probably picked up some abnormalities which may not have materialised for a couple of years yet.

My experience was very good, it was a very thorough scan with clearly a lot of expertise backing it up and very professional.

They are great. They arrived the same day. Finally someone took my pain seriously. Thanks to them I found out that it was caused by gall stones and gallblader inflamation. With documents from them, NHS was no longer able to ignore me.
I am very grateful for great service and care They have provided to me.

I booked a scan with Comfort Scan because of some abdominal pain and I was very surprised about the knowledge Dr Shazia has! She was very professional and in the same time she made me feeling very comfortable. She explained to me everything and reassured me. Also I saw her efforts and passion for this job, she listened to me very carefully and was very helpful .

I was really anxious after discovering a lump in my groin, and I couldn’t wait for my NHS appointment. I called Comfort Scan at 5:15pm, and by 8pm I’d already had my scan and the reassurance I needed. I also chose to have my kidneys checked because I’d been dealing with back pain. If you struggle with health anxiety like I do and find waiting unbearable, I’d highly recommend them. Dr Shasif was patient, reassuring, and talked me through every step of the process.
