They took a month to get to me, and all of the products are made differently, from different materials, and the tags are cut out. The sizes are all wrong. And the long sleeve one feels like a body suit shirt, and I could have bought from TJMaxx or Target, with only 5 % spandex. Doesn't even shape at all, it actually loose on me. The worse scam I have seen recently!!! Don't waste your money

As well as others paid for express shipping which said 5-6 business days; arrived 14 business days later which was way later than what I needed the items for. Requested a return and refund, they asked me to send a photo of the package I said it was in the body of the email as they themselves provided, and requested a refund asap, still no response.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered from Comfyco on 9/1 for a trip on 9/20. I emailed them as a discount wasn't correctly applied to my order. I didn't hear back so I emailed them again to follow up on the discount code and shipping as it was now 9/6 and my order still was not shipped. What went on over the next three weeks was the equivalent of a girl trying to get the attention of a guy that truly wants nothing to do with her. Not only did they never acknowledge or apply my discount, they wouldn't respond for days at a time (3-4 days if not more between emails), but they told me on 9/22 that my order was delivered (my trip was on 9/20). I told them that I no longer needed the items since I had left and they said oopsie can't return because those are sale items. Come to find out they are pretty much ALWAYS having a sale which means that you essentially CANNOT RETURN anything. Stay FAR FAR AWAY and do not waste your money.

So glad that l came on here beforehand to read the real customer's reviews before l ordered it as Social media etc can be a lot of fakeness unfortunately

I should've seen the reviews before purchasing
First of all, received the package way later than expected, but no problem with that. When the package arrived, it was something completely different than what i had ordered as well as nothing what they show it to be quality wise- really the lowest quality. When you look at their Instagram page, anyone can easily get fooled. I got in contact with the team about returning it back and they took 2 weeks to respond about exchange and score credit. I asked again for a return and they responded a week later that I had to cover the cost of delivery.
Also, I don't know what 4.7 star trustpilot reviews they show on their website but it definitely isn't this.

I had ordered something on Aug 25th. As of today September 28th I have not received it yet! Emailed company to inquire about my order. They sent me all the wrong info (different person and place!) very unorganized! I had asked for a refund 2 or three weeks In a row because I’m tired of this long wait and no answers. Only got one response saying sorry about the mix up, your order is on its way…. Never order from these people!!! I wish I had seen these other reviews on here before getting suckered into this scam of a website

Worst customer service ever. Joke of a website! I ordered off this website and immediately realized my shipping was incorrect, no one would respond to help change my address after many emails and then when they responded days later said they can’t do anything about it. Now I can’t get a refund. Very unprofessional

Bunch of bull on the barnyard floor. Nothing at all like advertised and I feel bad for the people locked in a warehouse in China who have to make this garbage.

My item took a long time to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like what was advertised. The quality of the product is terrible. I reached out for a refund and the company offered me a credit (which I rejected. I don’t need a different low quality item) and they haven’t response since despite multiple follow ups.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Item took over 7 days to be despatched, when it arrived I was sent completely a different item to what was advertised. The shape wear thong came in packaging branded under a different company name, the colour of the item was different, the stitching was different and the design was different. When I asked for a refund I was told a refund couldn’t be issued but I could get store credit. I will never buy from this company again. I am still waiting for my money back.

This company is very difficult to deal with if your item needs to be returned or exchanged. I will never purchase another item from them. There is no return option on their website. You have to write to customer service to start a return, and they are slow with a response. usually 2 days or so. Once they responded, they asked me to send a picture and then replied that they needed a picture and asked me to send a picture (which I already had). ????
The shape wear has metal/plastic strips in them to keep them from rolling down. They were visible under some of my clothes. Do yourself a favor and purchase from another company.

This is not what is advertised! Don’t waste your money. They obviously stole photos and videos from SKIMS. The product took almost 30 days to receive but to make matters worse the quality is horrible! It claims to be high waisted, it is not. It claims to give you an hourglass shape, it does not! When I attempted to return my order I’m being told because it was “on sale” I am not eligible to return & get a refund. This company has no integrity and is 100% a scam!

This company is terrible. They sent me the wrong order and when I tried to reach out and let them know (various times through various channels) they never got back to me. A good amount of money down the drain. The product is very poorly made as well. I would NEVER EVER order from them again and I will tell everyone I know about their poor business practices

Poor customer service. Reached out several times. I am unable to track my order. Shipping said 7-10 days and it’s now been 33 days. I don’t even know if I’ll receive my order 🤦🏻‍♀️ $89 down the drain. Karma is a b!tch to whoever runs this company.

Got product was not what it said it was .. tried to contact through their site and it was unable to send my message. Somehow found a different email and still no response. I just wanted my money back I wouldn’t have even written this if they would have refunded me. WORST COMPANY!!! Save your money and hopes for something else !!!

They don’t inform you before purchasing that they don’t allow returns when you use their small first time purchase discount. I ended up with several over priced, poor quality items I can’t use. I explained I’m shopping for my wedding and customer service didn’t care. AVOID and just buy skims. Way better.
