Good quality and attractive bean bag chair.I had emailed before purchase to check that the fire retardant on the beans was not too chemically smelling, as it can be on some bean bags-I was assured it wasn’t, and I can confirm that the chair I received does not smell! The Comfy Creations team took trouble over the pattern and the placing of the name personalisation-a company working hard, and with a personal touch-recommended!

Great Product
We received our beanbag chair quickly and efficiently. My 1 year old little lady got straight to work climbing onto it and reading a book. It is a well made product and I can see is going to get a lot of use and love over the next few years. Many thanks

Wonderful customer service
The masks we bought are well made and a very good fit. Easy to insert a folded paper towel to create a filter, the most impressive thing however was the service. I had accidentally selected a non existant colour but the company quickly contacted me to ask to select a different colour and then emailed me the same evening to say the masks were ready for dispatch! 3 days later, in lauding a Sunday, they were diverted. Fantastic!

Fab Postman Pat bean bag Chair
I ordered a Postman Pat bean bag chair for my son for Christmas, ordering was easy and We were given tracking information - I am so happy with the chair, great quality and reasonable price tag- most importantly my son absolutely loves it and sitting in it to watch his favourite TV programmes. Peppa chair great!
We had a peppa pig chair made for our daughter turning 3. Most impressed with the quality. The only downside is it was packaged in 2 black bags.

My wee girls chair came it is awful doesn't sit like a chair looks nothing like the photo on website, don't think there is enough beanballs in it by half as soon as Zara sat on it just kind of collapsed into a heap the back wouldn't stay up and there wasn't even enough balls in it to form arms I TRYED to push middle of chair in to form arms but as soon as Zara sits on it the disappear and turns into a heap, for start end up just being like a normal bean bag, I contacted the seller for refund or replacement he said no as I had got Zara out on it which is a mess also the a 's in Zara don't even look like a's :-( payed £45 for chair now my wee girl has to do without absolutely shocking!!!!! Wouldn't be so upset if it was for me but it was a present for my wee girl :-(

The item you’ve bought is not a solid chair. It is a bean bag, you have ordered a bean bag shaped chair, which means the beans will move around, to make it look like the picture advertised on our website, you will need to push the seating area into place.
The bean bag does not need fixing it just needs to be reshaped as demonstration in E-mailed picture.
Under the consumer rights law, as the product has been personalised it is exempt from a refund or exchange. As clearly laid out in our policies
Extra filling was offered as you've requested some.
If you would like an adjustment to the bean bag or alteration to the embroidered name we can do this but this will incur additional postage cost.
