I ordered two foldable mattresses from Comfy Quilt through Tesco Marketplace and have had an extremely disappointing experience. Several weeks have passed, and I still have not received my order.
I attempted to contact the seller by email but received no response whatsoever. The phone number provided for customer contact does not work, making it impossible to speak to anyone regarding my order. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have been completely ignored.
What is most concerning is the total lack of communication and customer support. When customers spend their money, they deserve updates, responses, and a resolution when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Comfy Quilt has failed on all of these fronts.
I am still waiting for either the products I paid for or a full refund. No customer should have to spend weeks chasing a seller for basic information about their order.
The fact that I have been left without both the goods and my money for weeks is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the seller's reliability, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious before purchasing from Comfy Quilt. Poor communication, unresponsive customer service, failure to deliver ordered products, and a complete lack of accountability have made this one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever encountered.
I expected far better from a company selling through a major retailer's marketplace. Unfortunately, Comfy Quilt has shown no regard for its customers once payment has been taken.
UPDATE:
After more than three weeks, I was finally contacted by Comfy Quilts. During this time, I sent several emails, tried calling multiple times, and received no response at all.
What is disappointing is that neither Comfy Quilts nor Tesco Marketplace seemed interested in helping until I posted reviews about my experience. Only then did someone finally contact me and start dealing with the issue.
I have now been informed that a full refund will be issued, but I am still waiting for the money to reach my account.
I appreciate that the matter is finally being resolved, but customers should not have to spend weeks chasing answers, sending emails into the void, and making countless phone calls only to receive the same generic response from Customer Service, or no response at all.
I hope this experience encourages both Tesco Marketplace and Comfy Quilts to improve their communication and support for customers in the future.

I’ve been able to locate your order from your review. As of this morning 08/06/2026, the courier has marked the parcel as returned to sender from your previous address.
We have checked our records and unfortunately, we did not receive any direct emails prior to this. The only update on your order was the address change, which we did action; however, it appears this was unsuccessful as the parcel had already been delivered by the courier at that point.
We have now received the email you sent via Tesco Marketplace emails after it was forwarded to us by yourself.
Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or a reshipment, and we will arrange this for you straight away.

Wow , terrible company

Wow, wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an over electric blanket from them. I purchased one Dec 24th, it too appeared faulty, I cannot go into details as it is still an ongoing problem. Customer Service is very poor. One employee advised me that if I wanted a refund, I had to go through Tesco Marketplace, as this is where I made my purchase, as Comfy Blankets do not have the means to. I spoke to Tesco CS who confirmed this is not true!!! I see on this feed a few problems with Electric Blankets, seem to be a trend. Please avoid this company ! AND now to receive a response 14 months later. Makes my review even more positive what a bad company!

Our customer service advisor provided the correct guidance. As Comfy Group is the manufacturer, we are unable to issue refunds directly. Our guarantee covers replacements only.
If you would prefer a refund, this would need to be arranged with the original place of purchase.

AVOID, customer service is disgusting!

Would give 0 stars is that was an option. Contacted them regarding one of their dog beds purchased from Very. This was not fit for purpose, first time taking the cover off to wash and the whole if the inside was ripped and falling apart. Their answer was it was user error! Sorry please tell me how my dog should be using it!! AVOID!

Incredibly poor customer service - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Placed an order through Tesco Marketplace, paid extra for 'express service' and was given a delivery date of 29th December. The company shipped the order on the morning of 29th December (so clearly not going to meet the delivery date).

Requested cancellation of the order through Tesco 2 days later and logged a complaint, Comfy Group didn't acknowledge or respond to either cancellation or complaint. Tesco advised that as it's a Market Place order, they can not do anything other than direct to Comfy Group despite processing the payment.

Delivery finally attempted on 3rd Jan (which was refused), spoke to Comfy Group direct who said that I was wrong they would never have agreed a delivery date of 29th (yet I have several emails and order confirmation that confirms the delivery date), then they told me I was wrong when the order shipped on 29th - then back tracked and said there was a weekend team, then advised that they would not refund the delivery cost, despite them failing to deliver the order on time, even though I paid extra for express delivery.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with delivery over the Christmas period, and that your parcel did not arrive on the date promised on the marketplace. I completely understand the inconvenience this would have caused.
Regarding the refund, we processed a full refund including the postage. However, the marketplace manages and controls the payment back to you. As the return reason was selected as “Change of Mind,” the postage was not automatically refunded through the marketplace system, which may have caused some confusion around the final amount received.

Absolutely dreadful customer service…

Absolutely dreadful customer service and product. Silentnight dual control electric blanket, rubbish, don't wrongly believe the 2 year guarantee gives you any confort or peace of mind, twice now I've already had to return the blanket twice and cannot beleive the 3rd one has stopped working tonight. You have to send the blanket and wait at least a month for a replacement, even longer if you tell them you're freezing and say it's already been returned just a few months before. They just fo not care, awful company and no idea why it's Comfy Group and not Silentnight. Avoid.

Zero customer service for returns

Completely put me off buying Silent Night products. This is the second time my heated throw has stopped working within a year. The first time the return was processed via the Amazon seller, it took a long time and I blamed the Amazon seller but with hindsight it may not have been their fault. The replacement blanket has now broken and this time the Amazon seller directed me to ComfyGroup directly. Their customer service is AWFUL! I begun this return on 1st October, 6 weeks later and I still don't have a replacement. They take around 4-5 days between emails, despite me providing all required information in the FIRST email/return form. It took around 4 emails for them to even tell me how to return the blanket. I sent it back to them over 2 weeks ago - I have had no acknowledgement of them receiving it and no replacement issued. This has seriously put me off buying Silent Night products again, because they aren't cheap and if they break I expect a return to not take almost 2 months!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star to be honest.
I never write reviews but feel this is important to warn people off!
Shocking shocking shocking customer service.
I ordered through boots, and the wrong order arrived. After a week of back and forwards with a very unhelpful customer service team I had to organise the return of the incorrect product. I received an email saying that as a ‘Good will gesture’ they would send me the correct order??!??
After 5 weeks from when I made my order I am still yet to receive the Correct order. I have never once received an apology of any kind.
Disaster from start to finish.
DO NOT ORDER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not a great experience.

Awful experience. Ordered heated blanket via QVCUK.com. It was direct despatch from Comfygroup, It wasn’t as expected when it arrived, and QVC advised the return was to be made direct to Comfygroup. The parcel didnt contain a returns note. After three phone calls to QVC I finally received a letter from Comfygroup two weeks later telling me ‘to put a note in the parcel with the details of the order number etc together with a unique return ref number. I was given the address to return it to. I tried to access the special rate for returns via QVC but this didn’t work. I also tried via the EVRI website, but the company wasn’t recognised.I won’t ever order from them again. QVC eventually agreed to organise the return direct to themselves as a gesture of goodwill.

Ordered a blanket from ComfyGroup via Marketplace, but unfortunately, the courier lost it, customer service and swift resolution from ComfyGroup was outstanding

Excellent customer service

Had a silentnight electric throw that developed a fault. Contacted customer service, got a response within 4 hours and matter resolved. Excellent customer service from Jasmine.

Electric Blanket replaced

Had a faulty Electric Blanket ,, they advised me to send it back with Evri Free of charge ,,very helpful Customer Service people throughout . Blanket replaced foc within two weeks .. Thank You

Rubbish!

I placed an order for dog beds via Boots.com I have been trying to return the items as the quality was not very good. Customer service have taken over a week to tell me that I need to organize and pay for the return! I would never use this company again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Customer support is run by one individual that is rude and has no idea what she is doing. This company has one person running their whole customer services which shows how they prioritise the customer with zero support and help.

They send the wrong product, claimed it was the fault of the drop shipping company (Boots) and are now asking for me to pay to return it to them!

Avoid at all costs and you need to hire a new customer support team as they're inept to say the least.
