My daughter ordered a bed from this company, also trading as cosyhomeslive.co.uk. The wrong bed was delivered, nothing like the advertised bed, she tried to contact them, ignored all her messages and then blocked her. How they can get away with this is, is unbelievable.
Deliver the items that are ordered and improve customer service.

Mattresses arrive ripped, with wood pieces in there and NOT FIRE SAFE!!! This is a legal requirement when selling mattresses.
"In the UK, mattresses must have a fire barrier to meet safety regulations."
They will promise re-delivery and then block you. I have reported this company to trading standards and also applied to HM Courts and Tribunals Service to take them to Small Claims court.
This is dangerous and they need to be caught for their illegal activity. They are also trading under "Comfy Living Beds UK", "Comfy Live Dews LTD" and "Sleep Mode Dews LTD".

Delivered wrong bed twice, took our money and never rectified. Blocked us on all forms of contact and no way to get our money back SCAM!! I got Facebook messenger to prove all contact and them accepting they delivered it wrong and promising to resend the right bed but never turns up twice again! Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a double bed nice fast delivery cant complain. The bed that was on the picture looks great. Came when said would be delivered no problems there unfortunately bed had no legs and mattress had a tear messaged the company they replied straight away to explain they have removed all legs of beds as people complained about damage to floor i was very disappointed as this was not stated anywhere so not bed base Is flat on floor iv never had an issue with legs damaging floor and no response to the rip in mattress would defiantly not use them again.
