I had an issue with my cancelled account that I passed and Nyiko on call was extremely polite and helpful to explain why the account had been cancelled. I think Comit Capital is still the best prop firm.

Its been over a month since I requested a payout on a 1m zar account. They canceled my accoint due to news trading violations. I had closed a trade just before news, the reinstated the account and I was able to trade. 2 days later I requested a payout and the canceled the account at 745am on a friday morning due to the same news violation that wrongfully terminated my account. I have been trying to get an answer from them for over a month, they kept saying management will get back to me. I eventually got a lawyer to email them, after 2 weeks of no responses from them I messaged them to get an update. They told me that this issue has escalated to their legal team and will only be communicated to the lawyer. The lawyer than emailed again and its been a week since and they have not responded. Ive read every rule and have every screen shot of communication and also have a voice recorded call stating that my account was wrongfully canceled/terminated. Im afraid that they will eventually fall of the grid and dissappear. Its unfortunate that as. South African is trusted them. Please reach out to me if you have had a similar issue. As I am currently building a case against them. They are not registered with the SA fica board. However they are affiliated with Space markets who is one of the brokers they use.

Just as I came here to say that my issue had not been resolved, I also want to come back and share, with great gratitude, that I have finally received my profits.
Although the process took longer than expected and there was a lot of frustration along the way, I can now confirm that Comit Capital has paid me.
I would like to thank the entire team for resolving the matter. I also hope that, in the future, payouts are processed within the promised timeframe to avoid unnecessary stress for traders.

I purchased BNPL challenge of 100k it took me 3 weeks to get funded, I made profit on the funded account they told me I must be profitable for 4 days, imagine, I lost all of my funds that I made for the past 3 days, and the same thing happened when I was still doing the challenges hidden extreme rules, I will never buy this BNPL challenges, comit capital have to be clear with their rules, it's like a waste of time, fighting to pass two phase for 3 weeks, on other challenges it takes me roughly 7- 8 days to be funded.

The trading conditions are good and support is responsive however I’m dissatisfied by the payout process, they promise quick withdrawals with 8 hours being the average processing time but I didn’t not receive the funds for 3 days and they responded by saying it takes 24 to 48 working hours.

I purchased a bnpl 4million account in May... It took me a month to pass. Phase 2 took me over 3 weeks to pass.. After passing the account, 3 days later they tell me I failed.. Because of scalping violations... Which is blatant kak.. Most of my trades were over couple hours... One or two trades was under 10mins...but over rall.. The trading average of all trades combined was probaly over 1 or 2 hours.. We they launched the bnpl, it was regarded as a classic account, which states news trading allowed plus scalping allowed... After we buy the accounts these guys change the rules, most guys were probaly passing the accounts..i even have a screenshot from discord that states news trading is now allowed on the bnpl..this firm is just out to get your money and want u to fail... I will advise to stay away from buying accounts.. Coz they just want us to fail..also, I want to know how can u want traders to hold a trade for over 10mins during this volatility trading gold?? 1 min candles u are getting 200 pips movement.. Show me another firm that states 10mins and under is regarding as scalping???? Stop robbing hard working clients for there money. These guys in the review department probaly only passing there friends who passed the big accounts... And to top it all.. They cancel your account. Instead of stating, this never meet the requirements... U can start phase 2 again.... They want us 2 buy a new account and start again... Total robbery.

great prop firm , i got R25000 account and got my first payout, great support team, your ticket will likely get resolved the same day and nice trading conditions especially with RCG Market , they really do deserve the 4 star rating. The only reason why i did not give 5 star is because my second payout got penalised because i held a trade during NFP even though i placed the trade hours before the news , i just wish they made it clear on the frequently asked question that one will get penalised for holding a trade during high impact news
But overall the best prop firm in Africa

I had recently broke a scalping violation upon passing phase 2 but I was unaware. I sent an email and I got a detailed response in a very short period of time regarding the specific rule. They are very transparent and care for their community
