Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

Great after-sales care
We appreciated the follow-up call to check the equipment is working. We know that as and when we manage to get around to setting up the phone, if we have any problems they will be there to help. After-sales care is so important these days.

Great service for Yealink T48
Comms Warehouse provided me with a great IP phone - the T48 - at a very reasonable price. They have a huge range of equipment to suit all budgets, and even called after purchase to make sure that all was well in setting up the phone.
Communication from them directly was generally good (be sure to check your spam folder), but I had to contact them directly for tracking details, although I have no reason to believe that this was anything other than an isolated incident.
Parcelforce were rather rubbish with their delivery, but this is completely out of Comms Warehouse's control.
If you're in the market for IP phones, Comms Warehouse are well worth a visit.
