I've been a customer of Communicate Technology for a decade. They've always been reliable, professional and efficient.
I have sadly had to end my contract due to my business stopping with Covid. They were super helpful during a very difficult time for my business.

We are a small charity based in Middlesbrough, we support survivors of sexual and historic abuse. We've been dealing with Communicate for a number of years now and have always thought the service they offered was spot on, they react quickly and professionally, their prices are always fair and the staff always pleasant and professional.
During the outbreak of COVID-19 we needed to give all of our staff the ability to work remotely and out of the office. Around 60% of staff had laptops, previously supplied by Communicate, so for the other 40% of staff who didn't have this facility, the obvious choice of supplier was Communicate.
I ordered 8 laptops on Tuesday, Chris promised to have them all ready for the Thursday - and they were! AMAZING service, I know they all worked really hard to get them ready and we do appreciate this.
Communicate have been on hand to address any teething problems but it's all working fabulous!
Our staff are all now working from home, this now allows us to stay in contact with our vulnerable clients and offer just a slightly different form of support. Keeping our clients, funders and commissioners happy!
