Needed human intervention
Tried to change electricity supplier on line but the screen froze. A consultant then phoned later the same day. She was very professional and eventually got the plan changed but it took an extra 20 minutes on the phone for something that I thought would be simple online.

I was told I would get cheaper rates…
I was told I would get cheaper rates than the provider I was with. I was told the provider was rated 8th out of 9 and was not competitive. I was given rates that were higher than my previous provider so I withdrew.
