The customer service was very good. I phoned reasonably late on Friday afternoon and the man managed to arrange a meeting with an appropriate financial advisor. Very good service.

Online con. Wanted to compare annuities but they harvested my details and then said they would pass them on but only after submitting my details. Also the follow up email had no opt out against GDPR rules. Not great in a regulated environment!
