The service and advice I received from Luke in particular during the process of designing my engagement ring and then from Louise while I bugged her on a daily and sometimes hourly basis for progress updates was absolutely fantastic. They are so knowledgable and were always there to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Luke shared endless 3D models and CAD designs until I was 1000% happy.
