I was interested but I did my own research. I can recommend Tim and his team. They have property investment down to an art. They know the areas where you can get a good return. You won't need a huge amount of money to start. Tim personally goes to great lengths to explain everything, he is very different to a lot of other providers. Tim is personally available, not just some head honcho you will never speak to - you can put a name to a face, speak to him in person (depending if he's in NSW which he comes down a lot) and you can contact him by phone or email. His approach is the best I have come across. Genuine and trustworthy bloke.
