I bought a crypto Minor from a company called One Shot Miner. I received the miner and it did not work. It would not connect to the Internet. I contacted the company One Shot Miner for assistance. They sent me several of how to fix the problem none of which worked. I then asked for a refund. We went in circles because they would not respond to my correspondence in a timely manner or remember that they had offered to give me a refund of it first 30% then 50% than a full refund. I contacted American Express who I used for payment. American Express investigated using the email evidence I’ve provided. American Express issued me a full refund. I was contacted on behalf of One Shot Miner buy the competency collective. And threatened with legal action if I did not pay them the amount in full to include criminal charges. I provided them with the email correspondence. They told me that my argument had no merit. They again to threaten me and told me to watch how I govern myself. This company is a bully for crappy companies who put out junk products.

Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been working with them for over 6 months now, and they do such a fantastic work. If you’re looking for American based VAs you NEED them
