Won several draws now (and obviously lost a few!) and each time the communication has been great and prizes have been received within the week! For me this is an honest site - it is luck of the draw but because there aren’t any auto draws you can see it all happen in front of your eyes and I’ll continue to play! I think the odds are kept reasonably low too which is great.

Curtis, Charlie and the team are extremely helpful and communication is excellent when you win. I've personally won a few Instant Win prizes and more recently one of the big prizes that I'm absolutely delighted with (this is after only having taken part in 2 draws prior)!

I'd recommend getting involved with the live draws on Facebook/YouTube, they're a lot of fun and everyone is super welcoming (worth noting that you don't NEED to do this, the team are spot-on and fast with communication if you win a prize regardless of whether or not you watch the live draw). It's nice to see the transparency of the draws being done in real time, which is something I've not experienced with other similar sites and it genuinely makes a huge difference. What's more is they do runner-up prizes for each of the draws, where each runner-up drawn ends up winning some site credit (can personally vouch for this one too).

The pricing of tickets is also VERY competitive compared to other sites, then factor in the transparency of the draws and the prizes that are varied and often updated with new exciting things to win. Highly recommend them and I'll continue to be a customer going forwards!

An absolutely amazing site . Made to feal so welcome all draws are done live. Have won on both instant wins and the main draws . Very fast payouts done the same day and in most circumstances paid within a couple of hours . The community is absolutely buzzing so much fun loads of chances to get free tickets and site credit.
