Had a problem with the screeching of pipes in my house. John was quick to respond and came out the next day, fixed the issue within 20 minutes. 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service , came out as arranged, after not having heating and hot water for nearly a week very quickly solved the issue and also fixed my bedroom radiator which hadn’t worked since I moved in!

Excellent, came out same day, and made sure system fully functioning

Called last night as the boiler broke. Arrived first thing today and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He got it working again and is coming back next week with new parts. John is friendly, very knowledgeable and at every point showed us what was causing the problem. Basically previous shoddy services by a so-called reputable company! Thanks John

Boiler sited in our loft broke down in very cold spell before Xmas 2022. A good friend recommended John. He came and got us going one evening and recommended a little further remedial work. John completed that early 2023 neatly and efficiently ready for the next cold snap.

Struggled to get a Plumber, but found Complete (John) on Google. Good communication, serviced our boiler and sorted out a leak on the hot water tank.also did another job for us with no fuss. Was clean and tidy.

John came out within 3 hours of my call (on the 23 Dec) to repair an immersion heater, after given him a brief description he arrived with all of the parts and had us back up and working within an hour of arrival.
