Complete Care West Yorkshire Avis 

Complete Care have been visiting my husband to wash and dress him every morning since the end of February 2026. They are always very friendly, respectful and show real care for my husband. I undertook some manual handling training with them which has helped me greatly understand the best way to help my husband move about the house now that his mobility is no longer what it used to be. During this training I was also introduced to the range of equipment that is available to help us in this new chapter of our lives. I also find them very flexible whenever I need to change visits at short notice. I would recommend Complete Care to anyone and in fact I have recommended them to my mum to use as and when she requires more assistance with her Personal Care. 

Complete Care help care for my Grandma with 4 visits every day. We wanted help to care for my Grandma when we our lives became busier and wanted her to be treated with the same care we'd give her, this is exactly what we've found from Complete Care. My Grandma has lovely chats with them carers on their visits and is treated with respect and care. We've noticed my Grandma's moods have improved since having these carers in, and we believe thats due to the care they give. It doesn't feel like its just a job for them, it really feels like they care. Having an app we are able to log in and see exactly what has been done and how my Grandma is after each visit. This gives us the reassurance that we need. We would definitely recommend Complete Care.

I have been a service user with complete care for a number of years. The staff are all friendly and helpful: They help to keep me independent within my own home.

Happy professional care has been given to my parents for 18 months. Any problems have always been dealt with quickly by both those in the office and the visiting carers. Excellent and easy communication is in place. Has eased a lot of the stress that comes with caring for parents with dementia for both my brother and I.

I can not praise Complete Care enough. I am now confident that my mother is taking her correct meds which was not the case before she had carers. She has 3 visits per day which she actually looks forward to, not just because she feels cared for but also she loves to chat with all the carers who she gets on so well with and feels like she has a whole new circle of friends which is so important now that she is housebound.

I’ve worked at complete care for about 3 months now and over the past 3 months I’ve noticed the positive and powerful connection and communication between office staff and community staff , i have been provided with full training to ensure i am as confident as possible in my job role , overall i really do love working at complete care there’s no feeling quite like helping the community
