I already have a collection of 4pairs earrings and 1 cuff and I adore them all, they are beautiful and exquisite and just one of a kind me. However, my lilac résine Crunches started to change the color (that pair dates like around 4y now, I think) which is a pity as they fade into a grayish shade which doesn’t look very nice. I would also try on the earrings that need to fit your ear form, as unfortunately that’s not the case 100% for me, but that doesn’t really change the beauty of the product and my affection

Gorgeous pieces and incredible service from Millie!
I recently ordered from Completedworks and I’m completely in love with the pieces - they are stunning!
During the courier and delivery hiccups, Millie from customer service was an absolute star. She sorted out the tracking right away and re-sent everything via DHL to make sure it got to me safely. Delivery issues happen, but Millie’s quick help made all the difference. Thank you so much!

I lost one of my favourite and much worn earrings on a night out, and was really disappointed. I searched on line for the same or similar with no success, as they were a few years old. I contacted the customer service team at Completed Works. They got straight back to me - they found a pair in their archive. They emailed me a purchase link and the new earrings arrive on Monday. Brilliant service, great follow up and of course gorgeous original jewellery we all love. VERY Grateful for the fabulous service and speedy communication. Thank you, I’ll be shopping again!!

They charged me two months before delivery
They charged me for a back ordered item. I know my card should be authorized, but I used to work in the credit card industry and you’re not supposed to be charged until the item ships. They don’t seem to follow the regulations.

Excellent customer service
I received a faulty necklace in my order and emailed customer service immediately with pictures. The customer service team was so quick and kind to respond to me, offering a replacement necklace that passed their personal quality control. They even sent me images of the new necklace before sending it to me. Overall, we exchanged emails very effectively and I felt supported all the way through the process.
