Excellent report from Complete Surveys. The survey was completed promptly and professionally - it was incredibly detailed and easy to understand which I am grateful for as I am a first time buyer! James and Claire were great — could not fault them with their knowledge, communication and understanding of what I needed . Will absolutely use them again when needed and highly recommend them for anyone needing a survey!
Through out complete surveys were very professional and delivered a very high level of service. They answered all questions promptly and kept us informed on what was happening. The final report was far more detailed than I was expecting and was completed within a few days of the survey.
Easy to arrange. The surveyor was very polite and friendly, did a thorough job and we had the results very quickly. We've used them twice now, and would have no hesitation in recommending to others or us using them again when needed.
