I have ordered their onyx black scrying mirror, ornate with crystals, advertised on Facebook, back in May. Promptly, I received a shipping and tracking notification. After a month passing without result, I inquired, just to receive an entirely different tracking number, coming from another continent than the original package - shipped only days ago. Not only they refused to admit that they sent me a fake tracking number to cover up that they didn't send me anything for well over a month, they harassed me privately to withdraw the complaint I made through Paypal. When the item did arrive, it was nothing like advertised, which was a handmade onyx mirror with crystals - instead I got some plastic junk with no crystals, not even a mirror, botched paint job on the places where crystals were supposed to be. No mirror not even a film on it to mimic or even remotely resemble the advertisement for being a - black mirror. Just an empty plastic spot on its place. Appalling "company" (most likely ran from someone's basement) - stay away.

The item is fine, except it's not made of wood, as they prominently advertised...but made of plastic However, when I told them this, they very kindly refunded me $3.00 as a gesture of good will. I want to make clear, however, that my complaint is not about the quality of the item, it's about their false advertising...and I sincerely hope they correct all future ads.
