My only complaint was that the laptop arrived looking very used, old stickers and very dusty. However I soon cleaned it up and it works perfectly, there were a few un asked for pop ups which my computer man removed, and now I would say it was very good value for money. I have purchased from you before which must tell you something!

After buying a PC from Compu-Zone last year, I had a software problem that I needed help with. I contacted the Tech Support dept and they got back to me with a solution which meant that the PC would need to be returned to them so that they could carry out the work needed. They gave me full support and instructions on how to get the pc sent back to them and once they had received the PC it was fixed within a day and then sent back to me. All through this process, they kept me informed of what was going on. Once the PC arrived back home, there was unfortunately another problem but after one email to the Tech Support team they identified the problem and arranged with me to access the PC remotely so that they could fix it. The PC is now working perfectly. All in all I am AMAZED AND IMPRESSED with the high standard of customer service that I have received since December when I first asked them for help. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying a PC/Laptop from Compu-Zone as you not only get fantastic products at great prices, you also have the peace of mind that they are there to help with any problems that may arise later on.

I was a little wary ordering from an online company for the first time but soon my PC had been delivered and was working ok. Then it crashed. I received some ecxellent assistance from the tech team but all to no avail it refused to work. With no delay the item was collected and within days a replacement had arrived. Some minor glitches were all sorted out quickly by the Tech team and now my machine is running smoothly.

All in all a great service. Easy to provide if nothing goes wrong but even more so to be a great service if things don't go quite right. I would and have recommended this company and fully intend future purchases.

I have ordered a laptop and a computer tower system over the last month and could not be happier with the service I received from Compu-Zone. Firstly their page is easy to follow and describes everything very easily for a non computer head like me. Ordered a gaming PC on new years eve to replace a 10 year old PC with upgraded graphics . Good price so I wasnt expecting too much.
Received an on line standard confirmation of order. Sent them an E mail a couple of days later just to check I would be at home . Confirmed delivery for next day .Computer arrived on time as promised.
Machine looks like new, really quick, excellent graphics , a much better computer than I expected. If I had bought new I would have paid at least a 4 times the price. Have no doubts order from Compu-zone

I am really not great when it comes to computers. The jargon baffles me. The guys at compu-zone made it easy. The order process was easy and fantastic. I wanted extras such as wifi and and upgrade to Windows 7. They did this with no hassle. I received the computer really quickly and I have one very happy daughter who can now get on with her homework. :) That bit didn't make her too happy.

A great company to deal with. Speedy delivery, great value and really helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company. The computer came super quick . The adaptor was missing but when I phoned they were super friendly understood my non pc speak put my mind at ease and even though I phoned at tea time the adaptor arrived the next lunch time. I was concerned getting a pc for such a small price but have to say I'm very impressed it's super fast . All in all fantastic company that proves you really can get more for less!! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday dreams come true and I'll definitely be ordering again for Christmas 1 computer down 4 to go and won't break the bank. Fantastic many thanx

This is the third purchase I've made from Compu-Zone - which in itself is a recommendation. The company provides an excellent service - fast, professional and hassle-free. As a former IT Director, I have some experience of dealing with companies such as Compu-Zone and, therefore, can probably differentiate the bad from the good. Suffice to say that in my opinion the re-conditioning is of the highest standard - what you get for the price you pay would be hard to better. I would recommend Compu-Zone without hesitation.

The goods were delivered on time and well packaged.
Even for a non too bright pensioner the computer was fairly easy to put together and then eureka the internet was easy to access, firstly via chrome, and later also by the big e windows. I was a bit taken aback though when an indicater came up that a hundred and fourteen updates were being loaded. All seems well and I'm pleased that the computer is very responsive, and wakes up at the first click. Thank you compu - zone

No Activation Code with it but soon sorted.

Have to admit pcs are great and easy to upgrade, but I just wish Compuzone could get with the times and not sell refurbished pcs with just a dvd or cd drive, make all as standard DVDRW at no extra cost to consumer as you ca buy these for £9.99 but compuzone asks for £19.99 to upgrade, apart from that they do sell awesome pcs and hats of to them they are great pcs, great customer services, keep it up Compuzone, great all round

I bought my 11 year old grandson a refurbished desktop and we had lots of small problems trying to set it up. The staff at the company were so incredibly helpful they were in contact with us until 10.00 pm ..I cannot recommend them enough and the computer is like new excellent value
