i ordered and paid for a laptop only to be told it was not available, i did however get a full refund (still pending so hopefully will come through)

Fast service. Condition and specs of laptop exactly as described. However, it did need more padding in delivery box as power supply was slopping about. Would use your service again 😀

Very happy
Very happy! My new (second hand) laptop was exactly as described and I am very happy with the price I paid. I doubt I’d ever waste money on a laptop from a big box store again. Windows 11 was loaded and it was a simple matter of plug, play and log on. Delivery was so speedy, especially for this time of year. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Wasn't exactly as described, however they sorted the problem. Top shelf laptop for bargain price.
Pros - clean W11 install, screen and keyboard in excellent condition. Quick shipping and well packaged.
Cons - it was marketed as "Grade A", however was not to that standard. After discussing the issue with them, they acknowledged the incorrect listing and we came to a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Thanks team for a top of the line laptop at a huge discount.
