Computer Orbit Ltd Avis 

I wanted to buy a keyboard from an independent business as I really hate what big companies like Amazon do when they sell you refurbished electronics as new.
Unfortunately Computer Orbit sold me a defective keyboard back in May. When I contacted them for support they told me to contact the manufacturer. A month later the manufacturer had not provided an adequate solution as new switches kept failing. After weeks of back and forth emails Computer Orbit acknowledged that they should accept my return and give me a refund. As of today I received an email acknowledging that they have received my return (shipped 9 days ago) and they have verified that it is defective. Unfortunately, they are delaying the refund as long as possible and it looks like I will have to get it through Paypal. Additionally, the website claims that they will refund the return shipping and this has not happened so I will also have to dispute that with my bank. Every support email takes 1-3 business days to get an evasive answer. Do not let them disrespect your time.

Power supply is causing fan noise buzzing sound coming out of my speakers they have the item back & also my money i am now having to take this company "Computer Orbit" to court to get my money back

Bought 16gb of ram and it arrived the next day, lowest price I could find and works perfectly £30 less than anywhere else. Couldn't recommend more, I'll definitely be coming back

Great service

Used this company to purchase a case that was hard to find in my country, and listened to all the good reviews about them. I paid $70 for shipping for a small PC case and when it arrived, the glass panel was completely defective and brackets were broken the second I opened the box. I would assume receiving just a replacement piece would be very easy… After two weeks of back and forth emails to receive a replacement, they claimed that this damage was caused by me (before the computer was even removed from the box) and would not send a replacement panel. Please reconsider this company if you have other options available, the customer service is subpar and cases could be defective or broken before you even receive them and they WILL NOT take accountability. Extremely disappointed, will not be using again.

Fast and efficient got everything on same day when some items was supposedly delayed, and pc looks fantastic with part and for everything was the best price around

Can't believe I didn't write this review sooner as I had a computer built last Christmas. The first time I ever got a PC was through Computer Orbit so already knew it would be a good experience but this exceeded expectations massively.

I went in store around December 14th time to get a new computer using some parts I already had bought from CO during a sale. The store assistant, Hayden I believe, walked to my car with me to get my parts out, spoke in detail about specs and what would go into the system giving recommendations and letting me explain my reasoning. I offhandedly mentioned wanting a white build when picking my case and it seems this was noticed as when I got my computer all the cabling was white to fit! After this discussion they were kind enough to let me pay 60% at the moment and then return on collection with the final 40%.

The build was done very quickly around 3-4 days if I remember rightly and perfect in time for Christmas. I've been using it since nigh daily and never had a fault - I've even switched over to Linux and it still works perfectly, it's safe to say these guys are the best in the North East for computers and I'd argue the whole country I'll definitely be going back again for any computer needs.

Best price I could find on the internet with added bonus of free next day delivery.

My shopping experience was great. I am more surprised that the delivery time from the UK to the US was fast and timely. The package was well packed and it arrived to me without shipping damage. I would highly recommend this store to anyone local and overseas. Awesome shopping experience

The product itself (Rainy 75 keyboard) is fantastic, but my delivery experience with Computer Orbit was extremely frustrating.

Their chosen courier, Parcelforce, repeatedly provided incorrect information about my parcel. I was told to travel to the depot for collection, only to be informed on arrival that the parcel had already been sent out on a van. On another day, the parcel was sent to a Post Office after closing time, which caused the delivery to fail. Over the course of two days I spent roughly four hours travelling across the city in the rain trying to locate the parcel.

Eventually I did receive the keyboard, but only after several unnecessary trips caused by misinformation from the courier.

I contacted Computer Orbit with a detailed timeline of the issue and requested a small goodwill gesture to cover the travel costs incurred because of the courier’s errors. Unfortunately, the response I received stated that because the delivery was handled by a third-party courier, they were unable to provide any compensation.

The keyboard itself is excellent, but the delivery experience and the lack of support afterward were disappointing. I would recommend the store only if you are confident the delivery goes smoothly.

The customer support has been very helpful,they get back to you very quickly I would recommend. Would buy from them again!

I ordered my first gaming PC from Computer Orbit. The PC exceeded my expectations and was dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. In the current climate of PC components, this build was great value for money and actually cheaper than if i bought the individual components myself. The PC is expertly cable managed and maintains good temperatures even with heavy load. The item arrived very well packaged along with all retail boxes for the components should tou wish to sell them to upgrade later. I will definitely use Computer Orbit again.

Always got what I need in stock, no need to wait for delivery, I just grab and go.
