Good customer service. Prices+VAT was ok, a little higher than expected though, lol.
Delivery was later than expected. They said next day delivery but it took at least a week.
Some items arrived broken but Lauren sorted everything out. Overall, my experience was ok

Very bad experience.
Ill try to call not receive any phone calls, and my emails were not answered. Communication was extremely poor.
The dispatch was also very late, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it.

Terrible experience. About a quarter of the items I received were not new or even the ones I ordered. Some were in such bad shape they couldn’t be resold. I emailed them and never got a reply. Avoid this wholesaler.

Always prompt delivery and quick to answer any questions or deal with queries.
Use regularly and would certainly recommend :)

Absolutely appalling. To buy cheap is to buy Dear. Decent prices but service is atrocious. They lie saying they are doing your order that day but a week later they told me they where back logged !!!!
If you're happy to wait weeks & weeks for your order then connect beauty is for you. The sister company "Link Direct" is even worse. AVOID at all costs.
