Angel, is great to work with. She helped ys out by changing the service provider so we could get a better signal.

Straightforward, transparent service.

Quick reponse times. Problems solved in a reasonable time frame. Always pleasant & positive attitudes from everyone with Connecten.

As always, Connecten came through again to find me the best service in the location I am. I’ve either called or written numerous times since I’ve been a customer and each time they respond quickly and with the best results that’s available in my area. If you’re not familiar with Connecten, they are multiservice provider. That’s how I explain it. Anyhow, they will look for the best service available in any geographical location that you might be in. It’s worked well for us as we travel and move often in our RV. The particular representative that I worked with, Angel, was varied to the point and got it taken care of without a lot of questions or concerns. She knew who I was from my phone number. I’m assuming called me by name and said give it 20-30 minutes and it should be good. And she was right on.

We use this internet seasonally out at our camper and it’s nothing short of amazing! We have no problem suspending it for the off season and restarting it when camping starts again. I cannot express the amazing customer service we always receive! Any problems we have are immediately addressed and followed up on. Angel is always on top of it all.

Tyler is always very helpful and Connecten is great for RV travelers.The setup was very easy, thanks to Tyler! He responds quickly to connection issues when you are traveling and you are up and running in no time!

We have awesome Internet from Deer Camp to Florida. TYLER always answers his phone no matter if it’s a holiday late night he is the best customer service ever. He explains everything well. He has taught me so much old people don’t know how to do all this stuff. I’m very happy with our Internet and I will keep the service. I am thankful you only charge $15 a month and we’re not using it and it is great for the Camping life. .

I called about my internet wasn’t working and Rochelle V. Looked at it and sure enough, there wasn’t any connection. So Rochelle told me that it would be approximately 30 minutes and I should have WiFi again and I did. So a big shout out to Rochelle V. for fixing my connection 😊

We are new to Connecten, and so far it has been pretty easy to use. I had a weird instance where my router decided to change its name to the default, but it kept the password I set originally. I chatted with Tracy G, and she was awesome and got me all fixed up. Speeds have been usable so far, but time will tell!

Rochelle has always been quick to respond, helpful and checks everything.

Excellent customer service and great wifi even in difficult areas.

Texted on a Sunday evening to see if a better connection was available. Within seconds Angel responded and found me the best carrier for my area.

Great internet connection everywhere I’ve been

It does not do much for me. My appliances have a difficult or non-existent connection experience. I have the 4g router. If I connect with my computer and test it, it measures a reasonable speed. But after connecting, things are less than stellar. Tech support gives it their best effort though.

UPDATE - After working with the Tech Support team (Angel has been great and well as the others), we came to the conclusion that I needed a different model of router. I went with the upgrade router and couldn't be happier. All my old technology now connects with the router and I no longer have the streaming pauses. As mentioned, the support staff as well as the sales team have been fantastic to work with. I truly believe that no matter who you work with at ConnecTen, the experience will be great. So, I move my experience grade from a 3 to a 5. I'm a happy customer of ConnecTen. Woohoo, surfing away.

Service is great. My subscription was on pause for winter. We use connect ten for camping works great. Was really easy to get unpaused customer service team is great. I was able to give date for reconnect and all worked well.

After explaining my situation to Tyler a long phone call, let me know something that I had no clue about which was that I can take my account and move it from Rome to home, which gives me cheaper monthly rates and also let me know about the streaming service platform that they just launched, which will also allow me to. Save money on all my monthly streaming apps that That I paid for and will be able now to consolidate everything into one lump sum payment and save more money, so thank you to Tyler and ConnecTen
