Connect Facilities Limited  

The company misled us into signing an energy contract on the basis we had the option to review the energy contract before it started in October-23. I contacted them in June-23, after prices fell to switch the contract and then we found out it was not possible to cancel the original contract and the company had phoenixed into Connect Gas and Power Limited.

Con artists which are allowed to get away with this practice by the Energy Ombudsman. Reported to Trading Standards who agreed I was mis-sold.

After being hounded on a daily basis by various electricity brokers and companies, I was on the verge of giving up and sorting something myself....... then along came Donna and Sam.... they are a great team. She take the stress out of sorting electricity contracts and certainly know their stuff. They are really helpful and offer a 5* service......I will always use these in the future.

Brilliant from start to finish! Staff were very friendly and helpful and also very knowledgeable about the market. We had a few struggles with being a new company but Donna and Sam guided us throughout the whole process finding us the best rates in the current market and advising us about contract lengths. We also had some problems moving from the existing supplier and Donna went above and beyond speaking to them directly and resolving the issue. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to deal with an honest company, no hidden extras. They explained everything throughout the whole process and I will definitely be speaking to them next time the contract is up for renewal. Thanks Donna and sam for all of your help.

All businesses get pestered by agents selling power contracts, but since I gave Connect Facilities a chance I felt that we have been in very safe hands.

Fortunately they got me tied in with a power contract at my previous job until 2024 - so that company are still reaping the benefits in these most uncertain times. I have been speaking with Donna again regarding our new business and she has been completely upfront about our current situation. She can't do anything for us at the moment but I know she and her team are constantly monitoring the situation and she will be back in touch when the time is right.

I appreciate her honesty and I hope we will be doing business through them again soon.

I received a call from a lovely guy called Anthony at Connect Facilities regarding the Utilities for my business. The call was hugely different in regards to what i would normally receive and wasn't massively interested in what i had or where i was with such accounts, which was very odd which also made me listen to him, only when we had a bit of giggle i was then happy to continue the reason for the call. luckily for Anthony i was moving into a new building as i was expanding my business and i was interested to see if he could find out who was supplying the building i was moving into and find me a contract that i was happy with and when he mentioned he could also look into my water i was even happier as i had never thought too much into that side of the business, anyways he went on to complete all the tasks that i asked him to do and i cant speak highly enough of how efficient he was in getting the information back to me and my husband and allowing us the freedom to choose a supplier that we where happy with and the rates proposed which we happily agreed as it was such smooth transition. He spoke to the current supplier which we found was Eon, got them to amend everything for a final bill for the small amount we had used i was happy with that. The water was even easier, he found the water meter information and secured myself a very large saving from the current water provider and changed that over to a new provider which again i was over the moon with the quotes so had no issues in placing that part of my business over to Anthony also. He then went the extra mile and assured me that he could also look into my current utilities for the business that i was already trading from and managed to sort the Electric, Gas & Water for those premises, and he will now manage all my utilities for both my businesses which is a wait off mine and my husbands shoulders. i myself will be using Anthony again and i have already started pointing the rest if the business past his way on my recommendations :-)

Joshua is a wonderfully easy person to explain the situation to. He is professional and completely reliable. If he says he will do it...he does! He is very clear in his explanations and makes it easy for his customers to understand.
Cannot recommend this company enough.
