Great trainer, came with a variety of resources and explained in detail how to use each one to help people. Had good explanations of each component when going through the power point as well.

Our experience as a company has been brilliant with Sarah & Phil at Connect training. We chose Connect training after a recommendation for NVQ level 2, and NVQ Level 3 for our operatives, they delivered an amazing and professional service from start to finish, assisting us every step of the way. The training I received was great. It was the first course where they allowed us multiple attempts with the CPR doll which has increased my confidence in applying first-aid.
