Just completed the online level 4 HLTA course. The course is thorough and there is always access to all the material you need. Tutors are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions, queries and are on hand to give advice and help throughout the course. Highly recommended.

Advanced safeguarding, child protection and prevent e-course is very informative, easy and provides clear guidance. It explains important topics like, identifying abuse, protecting children, radicalisation understanding and how to respond disclosures in easy and practical way. By providing short videos, quiz make the learning process easy to understand and remember. It also provides that how to report concerns and working with others in the organisation to protect children from abuse.

It was a very profound course. I found it clear for the reason that it was step by step. Plus, it had many useful consent based case studies, which were the practical side of all these modules.

I recently completed several courses and found them excellent overall. The Level 4 HLTA course was easy to access, with clear units and quick tutor support—special thanks to Edward Ball for his guidance. The Advanced Safeguarding course was comprehensive, clear, and up to date, allowing me to pick up where I left off with ease. The Connex webinar on anxiety was outstanding—compact, engaging, and highly informative, covering what others stretch across many units in just one impactful hour.

Unique learning experience, clearly exposing the dos and don'ts of safeguarding, clarifying how to make effective decisions so children and young people can develop in a safe learning environment.
Thought journal should have at least 20 pages, considering the significant amount of information to record and reflect on.

They designed courses which are very useful for the staff.

The Advanced Safeguarding course was very comprehensive and easy to follow. I could pick it up at any time. Although I have done a number of similar Safeguarding courses it was nice to see it was all bang up to date.
