The plug did not fit my outlet in Australia. I have to buy an adaptor.

I don’t have the banners yet and your logistics company is full of crap.
I spent 40 years in logistics and their information tech isn’t woefully lacking, it’s completely lacking.
They are telling me it’s delivered and to check family or a neighbor. Then they tell me it had to be signed for. They are full of crap because they don’t know where it is or who has it. I went up the USPS with their tracking number and they don’t know anything about the number they gave me.

Status updates were appreciated. Product exceeds expectations.

The product (grass seed) was received in a very expedited time! The packages were delivered in good condition. I will be planting them this week and hope the grass grows as fast and good as advertised.

Received items in a reasonable time. Product undamaged. There are no instructions for use of an extra piece.

It's day 12 and I only see a few hairs of grass. Very few.

Overall Good Experience - kept me up to date on shipping progress, items arrived sooner than expected, fit well, true to size, comfortable. I don't usually like to order sight-unseen over the internet, but I'm happy with this purchase.

Well at this time I did not receive my orders, and I am still waiting on the order, so I don't know how to make a comment because it's been over several weeks and my I still not received my order that's a long time waiting.

Complete scam. Never received the item. They sent fake tracking numbers twice - 1 was even showing as already delivered. Avoid at all costs.

I appreciated the on going communication regarding where the device was in the mailing process. Great company to deal with!!

I was looking forward to flags that were embroidered these weren't.

Horrible product! I ordered 3ea 250th American anniversary flags. These flags are NOT MADE IN AMERICA!!! FALSE ADVERTISING. They are not hand embroidered and stitching is very bad!!! This is a cheap, poorly made,Chinese product!!! I want my money back!!! How do l get a refund??

I bought 3 plastic bags advertised they can many heavy books which they show in the photos they say they ship from Canada.the charrged was suppose to be $32.99 with free shipping.They charged me 90 ca and the bags were even smallee.the kind you get free when you buy a pillow or blanket at Walmart.I put few light clothes in one and the strap ripped off leaving big open hole in the bag.they refuse to refund.Admitted the over charged me but have not refunded the 90..temu sales the same for 8 ca and this company is buying their inventory from Temu and tripling prices.Beware do buy from this fake account they will steal out of your bank account.
