Order still undelivered after 2 weeks.
We asked for updates and if they could email us the file, since we had already purchased it. They never even responded, and they even lost us a customer. We will not recommend this store to any of our colleagues.

I first found out about Philip through finding him on YouTube.
I generally liked his workmanship and content, so felt encouraged to reach out to get some work done on my Nintendo Switch.
I reached out via email to which I received the first response within only 2 days.
I then reached out to Philip with a few more questions related to the job and he never got back to me. I sent 3 more emails over the span of 2 months and have just been ignored.

Seeing all the issues other people have experienced this seems like a reoccurring theme with Philip which really doesn't encourage me to send him my device or use him as a repair technician...

I used the online service to purchase a digital bios file for the PS5. I included all of the details requested, by using the little "note" function on the order page. Within an hour I'd received a confirmation email and my file. I checked the file using software previously provided by Phil for free. All is exactly as I requested. I cannot say a bad word, as the service for me was fantastic.

Disappointed as a subscriber for years to Phil's YouTube and twitch channels I was confident that Phil would sort my Nintendo switch out. So sent unit in and was fixed on live stream in September. As I know he was moving I was not expecting it back fast but didn't expect there to be nothing sent. Contacting on Phone, email and site was never given a tracking number was always told I will look into in and get back to me but nothing trying his new ticket system to get answers but nothing I game him enough time to fix this and now no switch don't use this service.

Do not send your devices here. he has had my console since November, doesnt reply to messages at all Ive had 1 reply since november.

Ich habe am 27.01.2023 in diesem Online Shop ein Austausch Mainboard für eine Nintendo Switch v2 und ein Stromversorgungskabel im Werte von 169.-€ gekauft
So weit so gut
Der Geschäftsinhaber hat mir geschrieben und versichert, dass er nach seinem anstehenden Umzug die Ware versenden würde und mir für den entstandenen Umstand eine kostenlose Pinzette im Werte von ca. 25.-€ kostenlos mit senden würde.

Nach ca.3 Wochen habe ich mich erkundigt, wie denn nun der Stand sei und ob er eine Sendungsnummer für mich habe. Er hat wieder nicht geantwortet weder per Mail noch per Chat auf seiner Homepage noch auf der Handynr.
Nach dem ich dann einen Konflikt bei Paypal eröffnete habe, hat er sich dann noch mal ca 3 Wochen später gemeldet auf seinem Youtube Kanal und per Massenmail an alle Kunden, das er private Schwierigkeiten gehabt hat und jetzt aber alles geklärt ist und er sich nun um die Abwicklung kümmern würde.

Am 12.03.23 hat er mir eine Sendungsnummer zugesandt mit dem Hinweis „am 13.03.23 geht das Paket raus.
Am 19.03.23 stand auf der Webseite von RoyalMail das das Paket sei noch nicht versandt. Rückfragen beim Inhaber des Shops blieben unbeantwortet

Am 20.03.23 habe ich Paypal eingeschaltet zwecks Klärung/ Gutschrift da am 23.0323 der Anspruch auf Käuferschutz erloschen wäre

Antwort von Paypal binnen 3min Rückerstattung der Verkäufer ist bereits bekannt und Sperrung bei Paypal läuft bereits.

Ich möchte hiermit auf das Geschäftsgebaren hinweisen und eine Warnung ausprechen.

On January 27th, 2023, I bought a replacement mainboard for a Nintendo Switch v2 and a power supply cable worth €169 in this online shop
So far so good
The business owner wrote to me and assured me that he would send the goods after his upcoming move and would send me free tweezers worth around €25 for the situation that arose.

After about 3 weeks I asked how the status was and whether he had a tracking number for me. He didn't answer again either by mail or by chat on his homepage or on the cell phone number.
After I opened an conflict at Paypal,

he then reported again about 3 weeks later on his YouTube channel and by mass mail to all customers that he had had private difficulties and that everything has now been clarified and that he is now looking around would take care of the transaction.

On 03/12/23 he sent me a tracking number with the note "The package will go out on 03/13/23.
On 19/03/23 the RoyalMail website stated that the package had not yet been sent. Questions to the owner of the shop remained unanswered

On March 20th, 2023, I turned on Paypal for the purpose of clarification/credit because the claim to buyer protection would have expired on March 23rd, 2023

Response from PayPal within 3 minutes Refund of the seller is already known and blocking at PayPal is already in progress.

I would like to point out the business conduct and issue a warning.
