Setting up a workspace for the new steel belt conveyor took a while because this machinery is incredibly heavy and massive. Our team spent all morning leveling and adjusting the heavy steel frame. Once calibrated, though, the tracking alignment has been perfectly stable.
switching to this carbon steel belt really helped our efficiency. it's so much easier to clean and saves the team a lot of time.
Box arrived looking pretty beat up. Thankfully the belt inside was fine. It has a really smooth finish and the hardness is spot on for our industrial ovens.

Since bringing in the Consol Granulator‑Pelletizer our sulphur granulation rate has improved and we see much less waste. The pastillator design is easy to clean, belts resist rust. A little surprised by delivery delays, but its durability and efficiency make up for that.
