Easy to order and upload my prescription. It just took a while for someone to let me know that my prescription had been accepted.
It was easy to place my order and the order came fast. Using the sale code that was going on, my final cost was very affordable. It was also very easy to upload my prescription.
Got my contacts quickly. The only suggestion I have is to notify the customer once the order has been received along with invoice without the customer having to make contact. Thank you.

BEST contact lens provider EVER
ContactsForLess are absolutely the best provider of contact lenses I have ordered from (and I've purchased contacts for years from a variety of providers!). They are prompt, keeping me informed of the progress of my purchase, while packing the lenses securely and accurately. All of this AND a price I can afford (seriously, it is nearly criminal what some sources offer the same products for...I have gone without due to that...). Thank you, ContactsForLess! All aspects of my ordering experience were bad.
Everything!
- An estimated ship date was never provided. I was totally in the dark about when to expect delivery.
- It took about 10 days before my order finally shipped. That is way too long before shipment. At time of order, it should have been stated that the contacts were back ordered.
- Customer service either took multiple days to respond promptly, or did not respond at all.
- I was never able to speak with a customer service person who could provide any information about my order.
I plan never to use ContactsForLess again, regardless of how good a price is offered.

2 lenses for $70.00 Waste of money
I ordered what I thought was 6 month supply of lenses only to receive a 2 pack. Please be more specific on product information!! I paid hundreds of dollars only to receive a 2 month supply, I was robbed. Very upsetting.

Never got a refund for more than two weeks
Ordered some contacts from the United States which requires a prescription. They sent me an email saying that I need me to send in a valid prescription in order for my order to be processed, but still charged me for the contacts even though they couldn't send them to me (am no expert at running a biz, but seems like the standard procedure should be that they only charge once they ship it, like Amazon does).
Don't have a current prescription so ask them to refund my order. They said they would do so, but after a couple weeks of going back-and-forth, they never did. Finally had to call my bank to reverse the charges... And coming here to trustpilot and seeing their reviews, am realizing I need to be more careful
